Water's Edge | Balcony + 1000 ft Fishing Pier!

Welcome to unit #413 - Water's Edge, a beautiful, freshly remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the sunrises expanding over Aransas Bay while relaxing on your own private balcony. Take in panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon that features an abundance of bird life from the balcony. Make sure you have your camera handy; you wouldn't want to miss capturing these moments.

Walk into the open living room that features ample seating and recliners for you to relax and prop your feet up after exploring the Rockport Heritage District. While watching the large flat screen tv, you will enjoy the view from this comfortable living room. The living room opens to the dining room, which has a dining table that has extra pull out extensions to provide comfortable seating for four. There are extra seating spaces located at the bar that overlook the kitchen as well. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances and everything else necessary to meet all your kitchen needs.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and personal access to the private balcony. The ensuite bathroom for the primary bedroom showcases granite counters and a tiled walk-in shower, along with a built-in seat and shelves. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a chest of drawers. The second bathroom, located in the hallway, features an all new soaker tub/shower combo and has lots of counter space. All linens and towels will be provided for you.

Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, a hot tub, a 1000-foot fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, a beautiful lagoon area, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.

Water's Edge is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at Rockport Beach, where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option of purchasing a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping, you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind, walk along Austin Street, and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and the Texas Maritime Museum.
