I dont recall seeing anything in the listing about the flight of stairs to enter the property. It noted "first floor." As a person with mobility issues, it would have been nice to know about the flight of stairs beforehand.Could not get the tv in the master suite to work properly. There was one remote for power, but couldn't select channels or Netflix, etc. Couldn't find another remote in the room.Suggest the owner provide a new drip coffee maker. The turquoise pot is cracked. The black replacement pot is too tall to fit.

Turtle's Nest is a great place! Very comfortable living area and fully stocked kitchen. Fridge has an ice maker which was very convenient. Good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are nice sized as well. We loved the location and hope to come back again. The only thing we wish we had more of: kitchen towels. Everything else was great. Thanks for letting us stay and we'd love to book again.

House was great! Perfect location- close to town and the beach. Screened front porch was just the spot for my grandson to drive his cars. Everything was just like the pictures and everything worked. Hose on the car port great for cleaning sand off beach chairs, toys and feet. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at this home three times now and loved every one of our stays. It is centrally located, and a quiet neighborhood close the water. The home is clean, and we love the front screened in porch.

This house is conveniently located in Rockport, yet far enough out of main traffic areas to allow peaceful time hanging out on screened in porch. Very clean and the management checked in often to insure our stay went well.

Epic Vacation Spot!

Absolutely wonderful property! Great location, clean, private and had everything we needed to make our week long vacation memorable. If we ever venture back to Rockport/Port Aransas we would most def love to enjoy this property again. Super cute Get Away

Treat yourself to a getaway with this rental!! Spacious, well maintained & super clean. Great for a friend retreat or a family vacation. Not far from Rockport Beach or a short jaunt to either Port Aransas or Corpus. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely house, very well appointed! Was perfect for 3 of us to enjoy 4 nights.

We really enjoyed the home and were pleased that it was just as we expected! Convenient to everything in Rockport- this was our first stay there. Short drive to Port Aransas too. And pet friendly! The screened in porch was great for sunrise coffee and sunset wine! Overall a great place to stay! Would have given it 5 stars but we had so many problems with TV (not enough remotes and had to figure out which one went with which tv- maybe label them, e.g. living room, bedroom 1, etc.The other issue was wifi that kept going out or had a poor signal. 2 of us depended on that for keeping in touch with work. Hopefully this can be improved. Otherwise, highly recommend this rental, and consider going back :)

Fun time

We had a great time in Rockport for the Sea Fair. The home we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located to downtown. The interent turned off and on and was bothersome, but we nanaged . I definitely recommend stayng at Turtles Nest.

Charming and quiet

Super cute home with screened in porch. The neighborhood is quite and you are able to walk along the ocean (although these are mostly private properties). The location is not too far from Rockport Beach/town. It is also just a short drive to the Port A ferry and several other beaches, if you don't want to stay in Rockport.
