Spend your days on the beach participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. Discover fun shops and local eateries along the boardwalk, and many family-friendly attractions like water parks, theme parks, and mini-golfing.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Enjoy the light and airy charm, adorned with nautical decor throughout the space. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up with a good book, or watching a movie on the large TV mounted above the mantle. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Serve your loved ones yummy home-cooked meals at the formal dining table to make unforgettable memories. With eight beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
