The Space

This townhouse has an open floor plan that is great for entertaining family and friends. After waking up in the morning, you can sit out on our two balconies to enjoy the Bayview or you can walk right out to the boardwalk for exercise or rent a 4-wheeled bicycle with family or friends and drive around the boardwalk to create beautiful memories.

Enjoy with your kids and friends at Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Paradise Watersports, and the many miniature golf courses.

The distance from the property to the beach/boardwalk is approximately 1000ft (about 2 blocks). It is just a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk, 3-4 minutes walk. We are located on 26th Street and the bayside, few steps from the bay views.

This property has the sleeping arrangements necessary to accommodate up to 15 people comfortably.

It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning unit.

The first floor offers a spacious garage and 2 assigned parking spaces with a large storage space for all your beach gear. Walk to the other stair, the bedroom #4 has a full over full bunk bed w/ trundle, a television, and a private bathroom. (sleeps 5)

On the second floor, you can enjoy the spacious living room that is furnished with a comfy couch-sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), armchairs, and flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Also off the living area is a bathroom. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and wide, just right for grabbing a quick bite.

On the third floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom (bedroom #1) has a king-size bed w/trundle, a television, and a private bathroom (sleeps 3).

The bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, a television, and access to the hall bathroom (sleep 2).

The bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed w/trundle, a television (sleeps 3).

Such a great location close to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping & walks to the bay or the beach.

*Mini weeks are available any day of the week for check-in with 2 night stay minimum.

*For the safety of our guests, all children or guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their legal guardian.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 roll/bath), dishwasher pods (2/stay), and laundry detergent (2 cubes/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.

*** Remember to bring your sheets, pillowcases, towels, and toiletries. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens and towels are not included in the rate but can be rent from a third party online.
