Secure FOB entry and exit. Guests are provided two complimentary parking spaces. South Beach is IDEALLY located on 7th street of the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk! Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrashers French Fries, Fractured Prune, Tony’s Pizza, Atlantic Stand, and Trimper Rides among many other restaurants, shops and attractions! The OC Bus also always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

Outdoor pool open memorial-labour Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. The indoor pool is open April 1st- January 2nd at the discretion of building management. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)

In the event a guest cancels their reservation greater than 60 days from check-in, we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.

Please note that due to certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, building maintenance can be unexpected and happen at any time. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.
