We are so thrilled to host you and your loved ones in our home.

My name is Maxwell, and I am your host. My 5 older siblings and I recently purchased this home together and have spent countless hours over many many months renovating, rehabilitating and completely redesigning the property with a vision to create our own piece of tropical paradise that we can now share with your family.

This vacation home was always a dream that our late parents continually envisioned, as they grew up from very humble beginnings in the city of Santa Cruz, Pamapanga in the tropical pacific islands of the Philippines.

In 1962, our dad enlisted in the US Navy, served many tours and moved our family around several times to various states before honorably closing out his military career in 2009 in Bremerton, WA.

Blessed with 6 children and 6 grand-children, mom & dad always put family first and continually strived to feed every mouth that walked into their home until they knew every belly became full, no matter what time of day and they would even send you off packing with yummy leftovers!

Unfortunately, our mother & father did not survive their battles against cancer or parkinsons, so they did not get the opportunity to see their dream come true for their own children or grandchildren.

Being the youngest sibling of six, through my experiences, I've grown to learn my purpose within our large, close knit family, combining my love for family, friends, entertaining and design. Mom & Dad also prioritized teaching & leading by example on how to spread love unconditionally, through the sharing of food and lodging! These life lessons have allowed us to turn our parents' dream into a reality, in which we hope to spread joy & happiness to your family, while honoring their legacy at the same time.

We put a lot of thought into every detail throughout this home so that families like yours, can enjoy what we feel matters the most . . . finding time to unplug from the busy day-to-day in order to spend quality time with your loved ones. And why not do that in a comfortable and beautifully designed space!

MOST IMPORTANTLY - PLEASE READ

1) Parties are NOT allowed. Please respect our neighbors as they are not currently on vacation. The entire neighborhood is full of long term residents that work full-time jobs and also have children.

2) NO excessive drinking, obnoxiously loud music, screaming or yelling.

3) There is NO Smoking of any kind anywhere in the backyard or inside the home.

Any violation of theses rules will result in a forfeiture of your entire reservation + deposit(s) in addition to immediate removal from the property by local authorities.
