Located in the beautiful Sandcastles by the Sea community, this oceanside reverse floor plan home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, ocean views, two floors of covered decks, and a hot tub. This space has been designed to give you and your family your best vacation yet.

This duplex is tucked away from the busier streets of the island, located within Sandcastles by the Sea. As soon as you arrive, you can smell the salty air as it blows through your hair. If you listen closely you will be able to hear the waves crash in the distance. The beach access is conveniently located down a gravel path to the left of the oceanfront Sandcastle Duplexes.

The first level consists of three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full-sized washer/dryer, and access to two decks. The second level consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room, the fourth bedroom, and the third bathroom. There are also two more decks on this level. Live like a local and cook your meals in this gorgeous kitchen. Fully equipped with all white appliances, an ornate tiled backsplash behind the sink, and counter space provided by the bar area, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze.

The living area features a lighthearted nautical theme with colorful artwork and knickknacks sprinkled throughout the space. With a couch and two chairs, there is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable after a long day on the beach or out on the boat. There are sliding glass doors in between the living room and dining area to allow deck access. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with room to seat up to eight people at the table, and an additional three at the bar. Utilize the large dining table by serving your meals family-style, or by playing a board game after dinner is finished.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
