Enter on the top floor into a bright, open living space featuring a comfortable living room, dining area, and large galley kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead to a back deck where you can enjoy expansive ocean and dune views while sipping your favorite drink.
The split floor plan places the kitchen and living areas on one side and bedrooms on the other. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom accessible from either room, and the ocean-side bedroom also has deck access. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
Downstairs, accessible only by exterior stairs, you’ll find a private oasis complete with a queen bedroom separated by a barn door, a full bath with walk-in shower, dining area, and full kitchen. The living space includes another queen sleeper sofa, making this level perfect for guests who prefer fewer stairs. A shower chair is provided for added convenience.
