Over all good, the biggest problem was the upstairs bedrooms were way too hot and no way to get cool

this units temperature can be controlled by turning the heaters down during your visit. If you dont have the fireplace on and the heaters on full blast the upstairs bedrooms will not be too hot

It was in the perfect location. Close to laundry and pools as well as shops and attractions. The condo had plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy beautiful weather.

I have stayed at this property before. It is a great property that is well maintained and well stocked with all the necessites for our stay. It is also a great location close to Canyon Lodge.

Lovely spot, great price, great location

Loved the stay, can't really get a better location, plus the pool/hot tub area is a nice condition. Wifi could have been a little stronger, had some trouble with the TV but was nice to unplug.

Great Cabin and Location

We loved staying at this cabin. It was so easy to walk to the mountain, the cabin is right by the pool, and the cabin itself is lovely. It was so nice having vaulted ceilings in the family room with large windows. It made the cabin feel so spacious.

December Lights

We were in Mammoth for December Lifhts and could not have stayed at a better location. We were a mixed group of skiers and non-skiers and this location was perfect for both. It is close to both lifts and the gondola to take you into the village

We loved the place! Close to the slopes and quiet.

This property is much better in person, the images of the bedrooms don’t do it justice. We were happily surprised of the elbow room space. We will most likely be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

We had family dinners each night at our place which was a wonderful place for everyone to be together! Lots of life happened while we where in this one place! Hot tub and pool each night! Music, food, and conversation! Also we enjoyed one night of music at the Reggae Festival weekend!

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with. Unfortunately, this guest never contacted our office to give us an opportunity to correct any of these issues. If you have trouble during your stay, I encourage you to contact your VR manager while you are in the property, as they may well be prepared to handle your concerns. We have 18 full time staff members in our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments who we can call upon to resolve problems. If this happens, or if you are concerned about problems with a unit you are considering, please call our offices at Mammoth Five Star Lodging. We have staff available by phone or email, 7 days/week, 9am-6pm (Pacific) to ensure you book exactly the property you want and to address issues that may come up during your stay.
