Welcome to the recently rebuilt building 4 in Gulf Shores Plantation. Paradise awaits, this gated resort features tennis courts, 4 new pickleball courts (December 30, 2023), volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, multiple outdoor swimming pools, and grill areas. Inside the connected Dome, you will find an indoor pool, Hot Tub, Steam Room, Sauna, and Gym. The Sassy Bass restaurant for convenient dining is on site. You will find Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the beautiful Kiva Dunes Restaurant just a short walk away. Or for those who would rather fix their fresh catch, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet feast. Activities are available for the whole family and make the perfect family vacation
Enjoy a swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and build sand castles with the kids in the beautiful white sand. For those who prefer to tan by the pool, a pool is located just in front of condo building 2. An adult-only pool heated in the winter is located east of the boardwalk to the beach.
If you hear a roar in the sky, look up! The famous Blue Angels practice over the Fort Morgan peninsula, and you may have a private show!
Spend the day at historic Ft Morgan or ride the Ferry across Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island. Schedule a day fishing trip at the nearby marina or just watch the pelicans and dolphins play. There's always plenty to do when you visit the Ft Morgan area. Located just 15 minutes by car to Hwy 59 you will discover the many attractions that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach offer.

This place has everything you need! We really enjoyed the cool air conditioning and ceiling fans when we needed a break from the beach. All of the rooms were clean and the host was very responsive. The beach was gorgeous! I would definitely come back again!

We have been staying at the Plantation since 2018 and have never had a bad experience. We love this location; it is private and not in the heart of the downtown commotion, which we love, but it is still close enough that you can enjoy the night life within minutes. There are multiple pools, each with a little something different to offer, and a delicious restaurant. The views are breathtaking, and I highly recommend getting out to the beach about 20 minutes before sunrise to start your day. You will be so happy you did! The week we stayed had the best weather we've ever experienced at the Gulf-all yellow flags, which means calm waters, beautiful views and lots of dolphins! Our condo this time was absolutely wonderful. Honestly, there isn't a thing I would change about it! It was spotless, and t is fully stocked with everything you need-including a crock pot, which was so appreciated, and a closet full of beach equipment. The ability to walk right out the door and up to the boardwalk was also a nice added bonus. Our host was prompt and friendly, and the check in process was a breeze. The beds were so very comfortable, too-even our teenage son commented on how great they were, and commented several times how well he slept. Overall, 10/10 all around! Our stay was just what the Dr. ordered (literally, I wish lol!) and we had the best time. Thank you-until we meet again, Gulf Shores!

Great stay

Cute property, clean, fresh decor. Location was great if you don’t want to be right in Gulf Shores center, but close enough to drive easily. The restaurant on site was good. The beach was nice and renting umbrellas and chairs was easy. The property owner provided plenty of info up front and was quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall great stay, would definitely go back.

Relaxing Vacation

This condo is in the perfect location if you want a relaxing vacation. The area is quiet. If you want to do more than just relax, it's a short drive to all the action. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and the host was super nice. We have stayed in the Plantation condos before but not this particular building. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and well furnished. It was just a short walk to the beach. The pools were amazing. My children enjoyed lots of time in the larger pool. At first I was disappointed with the hot tub due to not being hot enough, but they fixed it quickly and it was perfectly hot by just a few days later. There are several sand burs in the grass, but Ken warned us about that so we were ready to be careful when taking our shoes off at the door. There is a nice patio that we were able to have coffee on every morning. The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jack's are also close by if you don't want to go into Gulf Shores. The fishing at Fort Morgan is AWESOME, not to mention walking the Fort is always fun. All of this is close by which is so nice. The host was absolutely amazing! He responded in timely manners and even gave a list of things going on in the area for ideas of things to do. It was a wonderful stay for us even with double red flags for the majority of our stay. The beaches were still beautiful white sand, fun to walk, look for crabs at night, and play in. I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. It was a short walk to the ocean and pool although we packed up the car and drove to the big pool each day. The I door pool was super close and we used that a few times too. The hosts were super responsive and friendly!

Beautiful

This was our first trip to the beach and this place did not disappoint. The condo had everything that we needed and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer. We are already planning to return next year. Ken was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions we had..

Great condo!

Ken provided a great place for a getaway. Everything was clean and stocked and ready to use. Ken was quick to respond to all communication. Great!!!

Great beach Bungalow

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great and not too crowded but, close enough to go do the tourist stuff. I can say enough about it. We’ll be back!
