Thank you for the review and for choosing our condo! I understand about the bed. It's a firm mattress because that's what we prefer and most guests prefer. I wish it were possible to accommodate everyone's preference for bedding without having to buy a 'sleep number bed', which would get destroyed with the heavy summer traffic. But I do understand. Thanks again, and safe travels!

Thank you so much! It was our pleasure having you. Call on us any time!

Hi KimAnn, Thank you so much. I remember when we found this condo years ago, that the view was worth the price and was the main factor in choosing this condo. So glad you enjoyed it! Call on us anytime and thank you for being a great guest!

Hi Thank you so much for choosing us. It was our pleasure having you. We also love that magnificent view! The Internet and WiFi Hardware is all brand new, along with the streaming Direct TV service. There have been a few kinks since the recent changeover. Hopefully that improves with time. We didn't have any problems when we were there with WiFi/ internet, but we had to reboot the TV a time or two when it was first installed. Call on us any time! John and Connie

It was a pleasure having you! Always great to hear our guests enjoyed their vacations! Call on us any time and if you call direct, you can avoid the VRBO fees. You are right about the wide expanse of beach and sand dunes making the walk to the water a little farther than 'usual'. They put these building setbacks in the proper place to leave natural dunes in place and preventing the tide from flooding the property. We've owned for 24 years and in all the tropical stormand hurricanes, the high tide makes it to the lawn but not beyond. The lawns have never been killed by saltwater. They laid it out perfectly! And the dunes and beaches are natural and have not once needed replenishment by man and dredges like so many beaches elsewhere.

Thank you for choosing us for your stay at the beach! We appreciate you very much and hope to hear from you again for future stays. Feel free to hang on to our direct contact info and book direct next time to avoid booking fees. You of course do still have the option of booking through VRBO if you choose. Thank you for being a great guest.!

Thank you for being great guests! Call on us any time.

Hey! Thank you for the review! We appreciate you very much. You have me wanting to go try the dirty banana at Sassy Bass. I’ve eaten there but never get the fruity drinks although they do look great. Hope to hear from you again soon.

The view is what drew us to the condo, the ocean to the South and bay to the north. And no one staying above you making noise is a plus, for sure. Thanks for staying with us and offering that perspective in a review! Call on us anytime. It’s been our pleasure having you.

Always great to hear from you! Thank you for being an excellent guest! Call on us again, any time.
