* Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.  Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. 

"No Worries" is a Gorgeous, remodeled and well-appointed condo offering 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! Your family will love the two living areas, large kitchen; fully stocked for the chef in the family; as well as the indoor and outdoor dining options. There is plenty of room and fun for everyone; perfect for enjoying those all-important vacation memories. "No Worries" has cable TV and high-speed wireless internet throughout, so go ahead, post your beach fun on social media! Enjoy serene sunrises and amazing Gulf views from the spacious private balcony.
A storage locker is provided complete with beach wagon & beach chairs.

This condo offers: a king bed in the master bedroom, a California King in the 2nd bedroom, and the third bedroom offers a king bed with a twin trundle. The unit also has a new queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress! This makes this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together, sleeps 9 comfortably, (please note only 9 pool wristbands allowed). Pack & Play is also available for this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. By far the best on the island! You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other attractions.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
