Diese geräumige Wohnung im ersten Stock am Strand ist der perfekte Ort, um die Familie zu nehmen und entspannen Sie sich für einen Strandurlaub. Genießen Sie von Ihrem privaten, schattigen Balkon aus herrliche Ausblicke auf den Ozean sowie wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge.

Ausgezeichnete Lage für Pool / Beach Club Zugang. Sorry, No Prom oder Graduation Gruppen sind erlaubt.

Diese Eigentumswohnung kommt voll geladen und mit der Kapazität ausgestattet, um eine Familie von bis zu 9 zu schlafen. Condo hat Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, begehbare Dusche und vieles mehr! Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über Kingsize-Bett, 2. Schlafzimmer hat eine Reihe von Twin über Etagenbetten mit einem Liebessitz Schlafsofa und 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett. Die Wohnung verfügt über Kabel-TV und Highspeed-WLAN im gesamten Geb��ude.

Der Pointe West Beach Club verfügt über einen Infinity-Pool, einen Whirlpool, ein großes Kinderbecken, einen Grillplatz, ein Fitnesscenter und vieles mehr! Es gibt auch einen anderen Pool mit einem Lazy River auf der Bayside! Der perfekte Ort, um Ihren nächsten Urlaub zu verbringen! -

Check-in Zeit ist 16:00 Uhr und Check-Out ist 11:00 Uhr. m.

Die Gebühr für Haustiere beträgt $ 125 mit Genehmigung - 1 Hund unter 40 Pfund erlaubt, sorry, keine Katzen.

Fore Sail amazed us!

What a wonderful family vacation we had here. The location was so incredible, just minutes walk to the beach and right next to the pool/bar area. It was so well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The back deck was very large and a great area to overlook the ocean and relax. We fell in love with Point West and will be returning soon!

Over the last 20 years my family has stayed at Pointe West numerous times and it never disappoints. However, this time we rented Fore Sail and all I can say is location, location, location!!! It was amazing. Parking spot is 50 ft from eleavator, elevator is 25 ft from room door. Made loading and unloading a breeze. Condo is right next to beach club. You are steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. Located in between 2 individual beach access walk ways!! We will definitely rent this one again in the future!! 5 stars!!

Great time with the kids

A major storm was going to hit on our first day. Property management allowed us to shift our reservation by a day which helped tremendously. Our boys had plenty to do between the pools and the beach. Great time!

Great Condo

The condo was great and was easy to get to. We loved the access to the beach. We wish there were better window coverings when sleeping at night since we were right by the main pool. The master bedroom was brighter than we are use to. Great condo overall and everyone enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! The condo was clean, and a great size with plenty of room for my family of 6 and our pup. The kitchen, laundry and restrooms, were well stocked and easy to use. There are some cosmetics that could be updated, but it bared no hinderance on our trip. The host was very attentive, responsive and kind. There was a small issue with one of the beds, and they had someone there for repair within 15 minutes. The office was very easy to work with as well. I don't think the 25 additional fee to use the amenities was worth it for our family, as the pools are unusable in the winter. One of the pools is heated... but it was still very uncomfortable so we gave up on that and spent a day at the Great Wolf Lodge in Houston. The game room was nice, but very minimal. We didn't use the gym at all. Our only other complaint was that it is a good 20 minute drive to town, but that also meant that it felt quiet, relaxing and safe. Overall we found it to be agreat place, and we hope to return in the future!

Great time at Fore Sail

Had such a good time at Pointe West. Our condo was so nice, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful views! The pool at the beach resort was amazing. Very clean. Lots of chairs and areas to gather. Live music on Saturday evening. I know we will be back one day!
