Our newly renovated condo looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The condo features two bedrooms with 2 comfortable beds + a living room sofa bed, and stunning mountain views! There is a full kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal, 2 bathrooms, and in-suite laundry. Don`t feel like cooking? The condo is located in the Grande Rockies Resort which offers a delicious restaurant called the `Grande Kitchen + Bar`. Also, our suite is centrally located and is within walking distance of downtown Canmore where you`ll find cafes, pubs/bars and restaurants, as well as elevated dining experiences and activities.

✦ Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It includes 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.

✦ Complimentary Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 2 ROKU TVs, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes cutlery, and more!

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $30ea with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

The Grande Rockies Resort features an amazing indoor/outdoor hot tub, an indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, delicious on-site restaurant, free WiFi, and secure underground parking, all of which are accessible to our guests!

We do not live on site. While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if there is something missing, simply reach out and let us know. Our home has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

✦ Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Please note there is ongoing construction in the building as part of a hallway replacement project. The floor our unit is on has been completed (main floor), but construction on other floors of the building is still in progress. While your unit is not directly affected, you may see contractors and maintenance staff working in the building. Please note the following:
• Hallway improvement construction during Summer & Fall Months.
• Watch your step and use extra caution in any active construction areas.
• Please allow them space to complete their work.

🔈 QUIET HOURS
‣ Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as we have neighbours to respect. We ask for your respect and cooperation to maintain a peaceful environment. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time.

🚫 NO PETS
‣ Pets are not permitted in the home. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages.

📞 CHECK-IN & PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
‣ To ensure smooth communication, all guests must have a complete profile with a valid phone number, verified ID, and email address. The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the profile is incomplete or if contact cannot be established with the listed phone number prior to check-in.

🚭 SMOKING, VAPING, & DRUG POLICY
‣ Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odours are found.

👥 OCCUPANCY LIMIT:
‣ The maximum number of guests is as stated in the listing details. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night.

🧹 CLEANING FEES:
‣ Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left messy. Please follow the check-out procedures to avoid extra charges.

⏰ LATE CHECK-OUTS:
‣ A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Please note that this fee does not extend your stay if another booking is scheduled. If you remain beyond 2 hours, security may be involved and further fees will apply.
