Welcome to BB's house in Crownhill Seattle!

The house is sitting in a large lot with mature garden fully fenced, surrounded by tall trees unlike typical homes in Seattle, lighting beautifully at night. You will feel like you are camping in the middle of the city! You will hear birds chirping in the morning, humming birds flying in and out. There is roofed decking area, very comfy sectional sofas, charcoal BBQ ready.

This unit is our main unit with 3 bedrooms including the one with king size, two queen size bedrooms. Master bath for 2nd floor guest only(master suite). The second bath will be shared among your party.

Please note that there is the ATTACHED UNIT in DOWNSTAIRS which has the private entrance. No common space is shared with your party. This unit may or may not be occupied during your stay. There is a designated backyard space for the guest in attached unit but you may still encounter other party as the backyard is not clearly separated.

The house has oversized windows and ceiling windows, light filled all day!

Highly efficient 2-stage furnace, and CENTRAL AC will make your stay comfortable without temperature swing.

You will have a view of Olympic mountains, beautiful sunset from the living room and the second floor.

Please enjoy HIFI/home theater system from 13 speakers, comparable to the theater like quality.

There is a plenty of parking space for large party inside of house perimeter, accommodate more than 3cars. The house is just steps away to bus stop 24/7 rapid D-line to downtown and Ballard. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, playground, soccer field with jogging track and to the beach!

You can enjoy LG OLED 4K 65inch TV with HIFI audio from Musical Fidelity integrated amp, vintage KEF reference model3, Yamaha receiver 11.2 channel with Dolby Atmos(in other words theater like sounds from 13 speakers!) Roku ultra for streaming, chromecast, bluetooth. There is a upright piano if you want to play. There is a gas fireplace for chilly night.

New in-wall convection microwave from Z-line, Bertazzoni dual fuel stove/oven, Keurig k-supreme plus coffee maker. soft close drawers, well stocked basic items, plenty of pots and pans, cups, wine glasses. LG refrigerator with build in water dispenser/ice maker. Built-in super quite Bosch dishwasher. There is corner nook or kitchen island good for quick meal.

King size bed with thick memory foam mattress, super comfortable. Puget sound view, en suite cute bathroom remodeled with bidet/heated seating toilet/drying function.

Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, south facing light filled all day with garden view. Private and direct access to the backyard

Outdoor space
Newly finished walkways, deck and garden, beautiful slate tiled patio, garden is nicely lit at night as well. quiet and relaxing shaded by big trees. There is large sectional sofa in newly build Solarium, outdoor dinning table with radiant heater.

Please note that we have basic rules to maximize comfort of your stay and keep the property in good condition for other guests.

0.Please respect our neighbors and other guests, quiet time is 10pm-7am. You may or may not hear noise from guest in unit below during your stay.

1.We don't allow any type of smoking, vaping, e-cigarette inside and outside of the house. No pet is allowed.

2.Please note that we don't allow shoes inside the house.

3.We don't allow parties or events.

4.We don't allow unregistered guests or visitors. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. If you expect any visitors during the days. Please let us know in advance.

5.Please make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and the door.

6.Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Any excessive damages will be paid by guests and will be reported to the proper authorities regardless of timing of the event.
