Enjoy your Seattle stay in the vibrant & artistic Georgetown neighborhood! Georgetown is truly one of the last artsy, funky neighborhoods left in Seattle - you will be a five minute walk from the many restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms & more in the `downtown` Georgetown neighborhood. It`s also kid friendly as you will see many families out and pushing strollers around.

The neighborhood is located a few miles south of the downtown Seattle core.

This is the top unit of a completely remodeled craftsman (if bottom unit is available you can rent the whole house and have 6 beds & 4 baths!)

This unit has the classic craftsman feel, but it has been completely remodeled with some modern touches!

Obviously you have access to the entire unit - there is a lower unit of the house that may be rented too, so you will need to be respectful of other guests. The front yard and side yards are also yours to enjoy.

Georgetown is a cool neighborhood about three miles south of Seattle. Formerly an industrial area filled with warehouses, Georgetown has gone from shabby to chic, from industrial to artsy. Today, the neighborhood is a great place to find trendy restaurants, breweries, and art galleries.

Super duper easy walking to all the bars, restaurants, shops, coffee etc from the house. 5 min walk max. If you want to venture to other areas of Seattle, you have multiple routes for easy access most anywhere. 10 minutes to downtown and sports stadiums. Very close to the airport too!

NOTE: This unit is pet friendly BUT I only allow dogs, and one pet only - if your situation is different, please ask before booking. I really appreciate it!

Downtown Seattle: 10 min
Stadium District (Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders): 7 min
Airport: 20 min
University of Washington: 20 min
Greenlake: 20 min

This location has AMAZING access to both main highways running north and south through Seattle - you can be on highway 99 or 5 typically in less than 2 min, but you wouldn`t really know you are that close!
No cats - and please only one dog allowed per stay.
NO SMOKING inside of any kind - if we find evidence of smoking in the house you will be subject to a $250 fine.
