The Space:

Soft coastal light filters across the screened tiki patio as you settle into the outdoor seating, letting the warm Florida breeze drift in from the fenced backyard. Mornings here begin quietly, whether you stretch out beside the heated pool or ease into the day with a fresh cup from the Keurig coffee bar. Later, you might unwind beneath the covered patio while a favorite show plays on the outdoor smart TV, easing into the relaxed rhythm that defines life near Clearwater Beach.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, offering a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds, with a queen air mattress available when extra flexibility is needed. The primary bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide room-darkening shades, bed linens, and essentials to help you settle in with ease.



Outdoor living

The private heated pool creates a serene backdrop for year-round enjoyment, and the fenced backyard adds space to spread out, gather, or simply enjoy the quiet. Outdoor dining and lounge seating sit beneath the screened patio, joined by a flat-screen smart TV that allows you to relax outside throughout the day. A fire pit adds another place to settle in when the evenings grow comfortable.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, with an open-concept dining space that brings everyone together. The adjoining living area is styled with Tulum-inspired décor and comfy seating, offering a natural gathering point for conversation, streaming, or simply relaxing with the high-speed Wi-Fi.



Amenities

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, and bathroom essentials such as a bathtub and hot water. Entertainment is supported by 4 smart TVs located throughout the home. Family-friendly touches such as a pack 'n play and children's books and toys make travel with little ones simpler. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Pets are allowed, and the private entrance and single level layout add straightforward convenience. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Situated close to Downtown Largo and a short drive from Clearwater Beach, the location offers easy access to beautiful beaches, local parks, and attractions throughout the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

Other Things to Note:

All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Cleanliness & Safety

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Our cleaning team follows the highest standards to ensure your stay is comfortable and safe. For your security, there is a Ring camera at the front door.



Pool Info

If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This allows housekeeping to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home

Casa Tuluma is self-catering, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. Here’s what’s provided:

- Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

- Laundry: detergent pods for up to 2 loads.

- Kitchen: paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee maker available (coffee not provided).



If anything is missing or needs restocking, please let us know at check-in so we can assist promptly!



Interaction with Guests:

We offer convenient self check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure. While we aren’t available in person, we’re always happy to answer any questions and assist you via the Airbnb messaging app.
