Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, offering a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds, with a queen air mattress available when extra flexibility is needed. The primary bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide room-darkening shades, bed linens, and essentials to help you settle in with ease.

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, and bathroom essentials such as a bathtub and hot water. Entertainment is supported by 4 smart TVs located throughout the home. Family-friendly touches such as a pack 'n play and children's books and toys make travel with little ones simpler. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Pets are allowed, and the private entrance and single level layout add straightforward convenience. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Cleanliness & Safety

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Our cleaning team follows the highest standards to ensure your stay is comfortable and safe. For your security, there is a Ring camera at the front door.



Pool Heating

If you’d like to add pool heating, please request it at least one week in advance. The cost is $35 per day for the entire stay, invoiced separately. Please note:

- Pool use is not recommended during cold or rainy weather.

- The pool is serviced weekly, and light debris may appear after rain.



Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This allows housekeeping to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home

Casa Tuluma is self-catering, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. Here’s what’s provided:

- Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

- Laundry: detergent pods for up to 2 loads.

- Kitchen: paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Coffee maker available (coffee not provided).



If anything is missing or needs restocking, please let us know at check-in so we can assist promptly!



Interaction with Guests:

We offer convenient self check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure. While we aren’t available in person, we’re always happy to answer any questions and assist you via the Airbnb messaging app.
