You will have access to the main house, front yard, shared parking ( 1 space in front of the house, and street parking first come first serve, and shared backyard space :)
Our home has been recently remodeled with new cabinets, tile flooring, quartz counter-tops, new bathroom vanity, new tile in bathrooms, lights, fans, even a new roof! The bedroom has a queen bed, and your very own private smart TV equipped with Roku! There is a day bed that feature 2 single mattresses! Total of 4 people can sleep here comfortably! Pets are welcome for an extra fee :) This tiny home is an attached in-law suite to a main house, which is also on Airbnb. The only thing shared with them is parking and the backyard :) Neighborhood is very quiet, older neighborhood with great neighbors. Many walk their dogs, run around.
