Studio with Pool near Everything in Orlando!

Welcome to our Lovely Studio Apartment in the Heart of the Hourglass District, less than 10 minutes away to Downtown Orlando, 20 min from Universal, 28 min to Disney, and 15 min to the MCO airport! This apartment has sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people (one queen bed and two single beds), and access to the pool! Our home is walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, and convenient stores.
This unit is part of a triplex. It does share walls & roof with one other unit, but very well insulated. Shared backyard, pool and parking. Plenty of parking so that shouldn’t be a problem :)
We live only a few minutes away and our management team is always available to help troubleshoot or if you ever need asssitance.
The Hourglass District is one of the fastest growing markets in Orlando! Centrally located and has many great healthy affordable eateries, breweries, pubs, yoga class, and convenience stores walking distance!
Parking is free. And the lot is very large. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.
When you first walk in, you will see the living/ dining room and kitchen, the couch / daybed has 2 single beds for 2 people.

We have a laptop there for convenience, and the kitchen is fully equipped (everything except a full oven).

You also have 2 mini Air Conditioning split systems that can either heat or cool at your convenience, a full bathroom , and shared access to our backyard and pool. Free parking!

This is a triplex house; each Unit has its own entrance & parking spot.
All of them under same roof, but different entrance & privacy
I would suggest renting a car via Turo, Uber or Lyft, because most things in Orlando require driving, and public transportation is not very effective.
