Welcome to Mi Casa Su Casa! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground.

The house is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. 5 attached bedroom/bathrooms and a custom built bunk room with bathroom right outside the door. This is one of our three 6 bedrooms side by side and we had first pick of lots so the lakeview is amazing along with custom plan with upper level rec room with breathtaking views.

Main level deck has seating, hot tub, firepit, and grill. Living area has fireplace and 65” TV. Kitchen has island with seating for 3 and dining area has dining table that seats 10 and granite bar that seats 6 with large window overlooking lake. Amazing outdoor leaving area with patio, seating, private hot tub, and putting green. Don't worry about privacy - the home has privacy fence on each side.

The upper level has a rec room with pool table, multicade, 86” TV. Upper level leads to another deck with lake views, seating, and fire pit. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities.

Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - (2) King Bedrooms with attached bathroom

Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms with attached bathroom, (1) Bedroom with 2 Queens and attached bathroom (Jack n Jill bathroom shared with one of the king bedrooms), (1) Bedroom with Custom bunk w/full over Queen.

**Pet-Friendly (with Pre-Approval) ** You must inquire first before booking with breed, size, and age.
We welcome up to 2 low-shedding dogs ($30/night per pet). Just follow our simple pet policy to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. **PLEASE NOTE: There is no grass in front of back of property. Closest green space is about 1/4 mile where the outdoor amenities are.**

PET POLICY: Pets must be preapproved. If you or a fellow guest brings an unapproved pet, please give us a call immediately. If you fail to give us a call, and we find out about your pet after you leave, you will be charged a minimum $350.00 fine.If you have been approved to bring your dog(s):

• Must be completely house trained and potty outside (no puppy pads) Dogs CANNOT use the putting green for waste or pee. Dogs must be at least 1 year old (no puppies).
• Never allowed on furniture or beds.
• Must be leashed when going outside.
• Pick up their waste outside and dispose of properly
• Must be kenneled in a crate while away and cannot bark or whine while away.
• Current on flea and tic treatment.
• $35.00 per night, per pet fee required

Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials along with supplying toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, laundry soap, and coffee. Book with confidence! I provide great customer service as noted in reviews of my other properties.
