Great vacation spot just an hour and a half from NYC. The view from the deck makes it feel like you’re deep in the woods, but you’re still close to town and TONS of activities. Bike rentals, hiking, kayaking, rail trails and climbing all await.

New Construction, ready for you to put your feet up and relax. We’ve designed our home to be our favorite place on earth. Warm colors and textiles, open spaces and comfy hotel style beds are key to our decor. You’ll also find all the tech you need for entertainment or work.

Downtown New Paltz – Great restaurants, quaint shopping, and lots to do. All the benefits of a small college town plus a very chill food-loving vibe combine to give New Paltz some of the best eateries for miles. Farm Tours available through the fall. There’s even an excellent distillery around the corner from from the house! A black box theater runs seasonally, and the nearby art scene is top notch.

With four beds and three bedrooms, the house is comfortable for up to six guests. You’ll have the house to yourself! One bedroom and bath right off the living room. Two bedrooms and the other bath down the hall. Open kitchen, dining and living area with a huge smart tv great for streaming music or movies. Enjoy the ping pong table in the unfinished basement. The only part of the house off limits is the unfinished attic. Enjoy the deck off the dining room, and a stone patio on the ground level.
