The Blue Dolphin charming 1930 beach cottage.. It is a short walk (300 steps) to the Atlantic ocean. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms plus an extra sleep sofa in living room which is a full pullout bed. Two full baths. No beach parking needed. across the street in the back to the beach access. The cottage is dog friendly. Two shaded porches provide great outdoor space with picnic table . Central Heat and Air and, off-street parking is provided for 2 cars. Has everything in the kitchen : appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave ), plus blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, pots, pans, toaster . Bedroom #1 has a king bed and Roku Television. Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed with smart tv. Sleeping room 3 has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers.. Smart T V. Plenty of places to refresh and sleep. Two full bathrooms. One with a shower the other with a bathtub with shower. Other features include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, Comcast WIFI high speed internet, 55-inch flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. Master bedroom has Roku TV and local channels. 2nd Bedroom smart T. V. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided. Comcast Wi Fi . Direct T V in the living room . The cottage is next door to a second story unit with no shared walls. It is 2 blocks from 5 restaurants, and 1/2 block from Memorial Park with an updated fenced kids playground, sand volleyball and tennis courts, pavilions with picnic tables and grills. We abide by virus deterrent cleaning protocols using disinfectant and washing in hot water. Enjoy yourself and get on "Tybee time" in our beach house.
