Beautiful Bayside Beach Home in Pacific Beach

Make memories at our unique modern home. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in the quiet neighborhood of Crown Point in Pacific Beach. It is centrally located and just a quick walk to mission bay and the beach.

- 5 min walk to Mission bay (2 blocks)
- 20 min walk to the beach (1 mile)
- quick walk, drive or bike ride to garnet ave where you will find several resturants and bars
- 15 min drive downtown/Little Italy
- 10-15 min drive to La Jolla
- 15 min drive to/from the airport

Our family friendly home features an open concept living area and kitchen, the living room doors open up to the front patio, perfect for hosting an intimate group. This newly built home has vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living area

This is a one story, single family home. Driveway fits one car. The 2 bedrooms are located in the back of the unit. Master bedroom has a king bed and a desk bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have tvs. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway and masterbath is attached to the master bedroom.

Living room has a couch with a pull-out bed, we also have an air mattress if needed.

Gather outside in our turfed from yard. You can dine outside, or lounge by the fire pit and catch the sunset.

Home activities: Corn hole, bocce ball, card games and more!

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers available, just let Madison know if you will need them and she will get them out of the garage for you. Beach towels and beach bag are located in queen room in drawers underneath the tv

You'll have access to the entire home. Check-in is made easy via smart-lock access.

I live on the property, behind the home, I will be available if you need anything during your stay.

10 min walk to pb bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to the bay. 20 min walk to mission/pb beach.

Walking distance to Mission Bay and the Beach. Easy to drive around. Rental Bike shops near by. Street Parking is readily available and there is one parking spot in the driveway for larger SUVs or trucks.
