Hi there! I’m Beverly Taylor — a retired educator with a lifelong passion for both people and property. After serving as a teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent in Pike County, AL, I retired in 1989. My husband Johnny, who spent his career with Coca-Cola, and I began investing in rental properties in the college town of Troy shortly thereafter, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

In 1999, we fell in love with Panama City Beach and purchased our first condo. Since then, we’ve enjoyed sharing the beauty of the Gulf Coast with others through our vacation rental. While we’ve previously owned multiple condos in Calypso Towers, we currently own and manage one — and it remains a guest favorite for its location, views, and resort-style amenities.

You’ll likely hear from our daughter-in-law, Lyndsay, throughout the booking process and your stay. She manages the property and handles guest communication with warmth, professionalism, and great attention to detail — you’ll be in excellent hands!

We now live full-time in our cozy beach house just minutes from Calypso, so we’re close by if anything is ever needed.

Our family is our greatest joy — we have two sons and daughters-in-law (David & Michelle and Jamie & Lyndsay), a daughter Amy and her husband Scottie, and seven beloved grandchildren who all live near our hometown of Goshen, AL.

Located on the fifth floor, this condo boasts sweeping views of the sugar-white sands, resort pools, and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. One of the highlights of staying here is its unbeatable location right next to Russell-Fields Pier — one of the longest piers in the Gulf and a favorite for fishing, sunset strolls, and breathtaking views.

The pier is also the site of spectacular firework displays and community events throughout the year, especially on July 4th and New Year’s Eve — and you can enjoy them all from the comfort of your balcony.

We use the electronic door lock system which allows us to issue you an entry door code when you are paid in full. In this way, you are on instant vacation when you arrive at check in time on your arrival date.. There is no waiting in line to check in or out. We offer three night minimums stays.
