Great place to stay!

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Loved being on the second floor - we took the stairs the whole time except for check in and out. Weather was beautiful! Had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely rent again!

Great location!

Loved saving time waiting on elevators by being on 2nd floor. Close to all the major activities. AMAZINGLY comfortable bed! Only downside was all the maintenance occurring at the time, but not the owners fault. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This condo was perfect for our group. It was close to the pier so we could walk to dinning and shopping. The 2nd close overlooked the pool so the younger boys could go to the pool and we could still watch them. We would stay there again. We would recommend this condo.

Location, Location, Location

We enjoyed a 5 day 3 generation family vacation in Calypso 206W. The unit was fantastic, bright, cheery, clean, well decorated and well equipped for eating some meals in. Getting into the unit and checking out was as easy as we’ve ever experienced. Many, many thanks to the owners and Warren Beach Rentals for this family memory that we’ll cherish for years to come.

Great Time Here

Everything as listed. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Loved the non crowded elevators. Pool was our kids favorite place to spend the day when we had red flags. Overall we had a great experience. Appreciate the quick replies to emails when we had questions for the property management.

Beautiful condo

Everything was perfect and better than advertised! Was very clean and smelled so fresh (would love to know what they use to make it smell so good without being overpowering). If I had one suggestion it would be a new knife set. We have stayed in many units at Calypso and this was one of the nicest. Loved being on the 2nd floor where you go one floor up for parking and one floor down for the beach.

Long weekend of R&R

Condo was clean, and perfect size for the four of us. It appeared that the kitchen had everything you would need as far as dishes, pots&pans, etc. We only used the Keurig as we got takeout for all our meals. Beach was very crowded, but we expected that for this time of year. The water was crystal clear the first two days. I have been coming to the gulf since I was a small child, 50 years, and never has the water been this clear and beautiful. It was a great long weekend!

Went well enough to come back and try again

The property was as advertised but at no fault of their own,one of the pools were green and yucky, there were not enough chairs at the other pool so there was a lot of standing around at the pool. Kind of put a damper on things because the beach was red flag and the water was real rough. I would definitely come back and give it a second chance. Everyone was very nice

Great location

Great location! Poorly stocked kitchen, the coffe makes had mold growing on the inside of it, floors were dirty, outdoor wicker chair cushions falling apart. Looks like there was mold growimg behind one of the chairs. The staff were rude. The pool security employees were rude and played loud videos while they were monitoring people.at the pool. The swimming pool was filthy, clumps of hair and other debris floating. The amenities were not that great as well. The tiki bar on more than one occasion were out of food they advertised they had. No hot tub!

Never should have been rented during major construction

Had no use of balcony, pool, or tiki bar bc the pool the unit overlooks had major construction from 7am-8pm every day - even Sunday. Forklifts, large saws cutting stones and a work crew of 10+. Clouds of debris from the stones being cut clouded the air and view - zero privacy - had to keep curtains closed bc work crew was looking up at us - prolly wondering why we were the only unit rented. The note about the elevator is false - definitely have to use one - the two parking spots cost $50 a peice and they are across the street - terrible for loading and unloading. Requested to be moved but rental company wants to send us to a diff resort - said we got any email - email said pavers would be replaced NOT major construction for 5 days 12 hours a day. Only comp I could get was a couple beach chairs but beach chair boys claimed they wouldn’t eat if we did pay for them. Would not recommend.

Needs Furniture and beds replaced.

THE FURNITURE the couch and loveseat WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE WE SAT IN THE KITCHEN CHAIRS IF we WATCHED TV. The worse part is that someone knows because there is a 1.5 to 2 inch thick board on the loveseat.. The beds are not comfortable at all, the middle room with queen bed is broke, so you sink to middle . The furniture outside needs replaced we didn't even sit at table with bar stools bc the chairs look like they would fall apart..The kitchen chairs are dirty , need cleaned or fabric redone...The guest book had same complaints from at least 6 months ago or more possible February. I am sorry but I will have to avoid renting from this company again and go with individual .. Thank you for always responding so quickly to my emails. We love the Calypso Resort ..Thank you. Please update place so future guest can have a more comfortable place to stay..

TV issues

Overall, the place was okay. The issues came from no cable for the tv. I emailed the rental company on Saturday and someone came and looked at it. They couldn’t resolve it but said someone would be back on Sunday. On Sunday, no one came and I sent 4 emails with no response. On Monday, after 5 emails I received a nasty reply from the rental company stating they were working on it and we could leave. It was an issue with the cable company. I understand that and asked why that information wasn’t given to me the 4 previous times. There was no offer to adjust my rates or anything considering one family member can’t go to the beach and was wanting to watch tv while we were there. I would not recommend this company. In my opinion, they were very unprofessional.
