Cozy Siesta Condo with heated pool and private gulf access. Walk to the village!

Beautiful condo near the village on Siesta Key. 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with multiple large balconies. Building is secure. Front door requires code to enter. Our building is small with only 18 units. Family friendly ( but no pets for renters sorry HOA rules ). We have a heated pool a locked bike area and a private storage locker on the first floor for all the beach and fishing items.

Bedroom1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen. 2 full baths and plenty of closet space.

Kitchen is fully stocked, including Italian super automatic espresso maker and a keurig. We have crock pots, air fryer, insta pot, good selection of new pans and baking supplies and a margaritaville frozen margarita maker YUM!

Washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of quality towels and linens. We also have a large stash of air beds in the closet with linens for those times you have added guests.

We have fast wifi, smart TVs, cable thru xfinity as well as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. We do keep a Xbox in the unit as well with a few games. You will also find a few board games and card games.

This unit is in Sandy Cove 4. We have a lovely club house at the beach where there are weekly gatherings. We have the best fishing pier on the island - we are always eating fish tacos when we spend our vacations here! It’s amazing the wildlife you will see! The private beach is accessible by an easement but please don’t set up on the dry sand. The pier is right there and the best place to set up. The sand is owned by sandy cove 1. I know this sounds absurd but it’s really no big deal - I just don’t need the HOA police on my heels. LOL

This is a monthly rental only. Lots of people ask if they can stay a week. Sure you can but you will have to rent for a month. It’s up to you how many days you actually stay in the unit.

This is our private beach house that we use in the summer and share with others in the winter. We take pride in our space and ask that you love it like we do. Once you get there and feel the magic of the quartz sand - you’ll never want to go home.

HOA application and background check are required for renting. We cover this cost for our renters but this is not optional. This means your booking is conditional on that application being approved.
