Living Spaces
There’s a space on this property for every moment of your visit, from intense sessions of chess or a little Chopin recital in the elegant conservatory-style living room with its striking chandeliers, beautifully crafted beams, and Louis XIV chairs, to wine and cheese enjoyed in the plush seating area in the family room accented by stunning 19th century marble columns, wet bar, and a panoramic view of the gardens and hills.

In addition to the main villa’s large shared spaces, each wing has its own comfortable living area. On the main floor, you’ll find an office with a spacious desk, while the 2nd-floor wing has a family room with hundreds of books, a kiva-style fireplace, and a welcoming sectional, wet bar, as well as direct access to some of the property’s many balconies with million-dollar views.

Unwind in the games room on the lower level, which has its own pool table, relaxed seating area, and flat-screen TV as well as walk-out access to the serene grounds.

Kitchen & Dining
The gourmet eat-in kitchen in the main property is a chef’s dream come true, with stainless steel Viking double ovens, a professional 5-burner gas range with griddle and powerful vent hood, dishwasher, and a sizable Sub-Zero refrigerator with space enough to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. This kitchen is well-suited to cooking for groups, owing to its additional pantry space with microwave, ice machine, extra dishwasher, and a range of coffee prep options including a Keurig, and drip. You’ll find all the plates, glasses, and cookware you need here, and a dining suite with seating for 8 and unique hand-wrought iron pendant light.

Just next door to the kitchen is the formal dining room. The details are what make this space special: gorgeous brick domed ceiling with a one-of-a-kind toleware-style chandelier, second elegant dining table with wood inlay, and comfortable seating for 8. This is a place for stimulating conversation, great meals, and great company.

The main villa has a wealth of luxurious sleeping options between its 6 private and elegantly appointed bedroom suites with room to accommodate 12 guests. Each bedroom has its own character, from the primary suite with its kiva fireplace, hand-hewn beams, and private patio access to the 2 suites in the welcoming library-style wing. Each suite has its own high-end bath with soaker tub, step-in shower, or both. There are an additional 4 baths in the villa.

Outdoor Amenities
Perhaps the most stunning feature of the villa, its grounds include beautifully-kept gardens and a private pool. Relax in the gazebo, just off the pool, with custom brick vaulted ceiling, built-in bancos, and its own kiva fireplace. There are a number of spots for relaxation around the property.

Dine out poolside or on the patio, where you’ll find a custom built-in grill. Take in the verdant hills from the lounge chairs on the balcony, which is decorated with pots overflowing with lush flowers.
