Spend your time in this amazing 3bd/2.5ba home in Mesa Del Sol decorated with beautiful art and high end furniture. This inviting home offers ample outdoor entertaining space with a gas grill and outdoor dining. Netflix Studios is a short walk away and Isleta Amphitheater is just over a mile down the road.
This new home is located in one of Albuquerque's newest neighborhoods and offers a community park, pool and dog run. Spacious living area with electric fireplace. Beautiful furniture and art. Outdoor area for enjoying ABQ's amazing weather.
Sleeping Configuration:
Master: King Bed
Bedroom2: Queen size bed
Bedroom3: 2 Twins (daybed & trundle)
*Please note: all bedrooms on 2nd floor, must climb stairs
Bathrooms: stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner, qtips, hairdryer, towels
Bathroom 1 - off master bedroom: garden tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks
Bathroom 2 - off the central hallway: tub/shower combo, 1 sink
Bathroom 3 - downstairs, half-bath
Kitchen:
-Fully equipped with new appliances: stove/oven, Fridge w/icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crockpot, electric kettle
-Traditional & Kcup coffee maker, coffee grounds, creamer & sugar
-Stocked with dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans
Back yard: outdoor seating, dining & gas grill
Full size washer & dryer with soap provided
Parking: The garage is NOT included. Driveway space for 2 cars or free street paring IS included.

Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. If you have more than 1 dog additional fees may be due. Fee reductions considered for 1 night stays, please contact me. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.

The owner is sharing this home while they travel. There are restricted areas including the garage and master closet, however you are welcome to the food left in the pantry or fridge/freezer.
Community Amenities are not guaranteed: pool, park, dog run
POOL: this is a community pool and is not a guaranteed amenity, hours & days of operation are subject to change at any time.
NO PARTIES: there are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed for the home AND this includes the pool area. Do not rent this home if you looking for a place to host a party.
GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly
Commercial vehicles, RVs trucks and vans exceeding 22 feet in length and trailers may not be parked overnight in the public streets unless a special exemption is obtained from the HOA Board of Directors. Application for such a temporary exemption should be made in writing through the HOA Management Company. For owners of RVs, trailers and other such equipment, the special exemption may be granted for periodic use (such as loading and unloading an RV), with each such parking event not to exceed 36 hours.
Pets: dog(s) are allowed on case by case basis, $50/dog pet fee will be sent separately and must be paid prior to checking in. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy

While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
