Parking:
- We have two options: Street Parking at any of the meters OR the Kroger Parking Garage (located about one block away).
- The Kroger Parking Garage entrance is located off Central Ave.
- There is also parking available directly in front of the condo - but limited to a 1 hour time slot per session.
- If you park on the street, we would encourage you to download: EZPARK Cincy for online payments.

Washer and Dryer are in unit & available for guest use! Laundry detergent is also provided.

Stove Hood - simply pull out and adjust the settings in order to operate. This is a smart hood - unless it is pulled out, it will not operate.

Dishwasher - There is a manual light switch directly next to the dishwasher that has to be in the "on" position in order for it to operate.

Trash is located directly behind the property. Please reach out to the host for additional details on how to access!

- We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind within the unit.
- Please be respectful of the HOA/Building.
- Check Out is at 11am Daily.

Check out:
1. Adjust temp in unit to 72.
2. Place all dishes in Dishwasher and start (with dishwasher detergent/pod - located under the sink).
3. Message Host.
