Welcome to Narrvelous, a custom-built 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home designed to host up to 13 guests in comfort and style. Located in a quiet gated sound-side community, this spacious retreat features modern furnishings, high-end finishes, and bright open living spaces. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and ample cabinetry, perfect for preparing meals together. The great room offers plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to balconies with sweeping sound views.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a spa-like retreat with a king bed, private balcony, soaking tub, tiled walk-in shower, dual quartz sinks, and water closet. Additional bedrooms include another king, a twin + twin/full bunk room that sleeps five, a queen bedroom, and a flexible “hangout” room with a sleeper sofa and TV. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed with tiled showers and dual vanities, ensuring convenience for all. Luxury vinyl floors run throughout—no carpet anywhere.

Amazing house!

We really enjoyed our time here. Great quite location with-in walking distance of a beautiful beach. We used the pool/hot tub multiple times. Was well stocked and very clean. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. The only thing missing were beach towels. We'd stay here again and recommend it to other family and friends!

Beautiful Home!

The home and area is beautiful. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. The place is close to the beach with plenty of public parking at the beach. The home had everything you need to be comfortable. We like the fact that we were in between Pensacola and Destin. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

House itself was wonderful and gorgeous with plenty of space, everything the house came with worked perfectly! Only issue we had is that the community hot tub did not work and pool area was extremely nasty and not kept up with.

One description I read reported 2 minutes from beach and I incorrectly understood that as a walking time which it was not. Driving was easy and we often went farther down the beach there to areas where less people were. The beach and ocean were the best we have seen as we had not been here in August before. Overall it was a great time with food, fellowship, fun and laughter. The management was so easy to reach out to and very responsive. Hope to use one of your properties again sometime!!

Our Stay at Narvellous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Narvellous. This house is top notch, extremely clean and exactly as described. This house is equipped with beach chairs, beach toys including surf boards. The finishes on the home are very nice and high end. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed appliance wise. Make sure to bring ammenties for your stay. For those wondering, this home is on the bay side and is about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The views from the living room are breathtaking, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had WI-FI issues while we were there, the hosts were on top of it and were there in minutes trying to fix the issue. We had a very pleasant experience and can not recommend it more.

A Place for the Whole Family

Navarre Beach is a great location to take the family and create lasting family memories.Narrvelous is a beautiful new home and has plenty of room for the whole family (12 in total).The home is very clean and has an elevator available (for an extra security deposit in case you have anyone in your party with limited mobility).We walked to the beach daily, saw the local sights, and dined at the local restaurants/bars right on the beach. The Pier at Navarre Beach is truly world-class and well worth the $1 entrance fee.The home has a nice gathering area in the back with a fire pit and suspended bench swings. We spent a lot of time out back roasting marshmallows and enjoying each other's company.One thing to keep in mind with this property, there is a huge master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom/tub, but the other two bathrooms in the house are Jack and Jill style. A five-bedroom home should have at least one additional half-bath.Also, one other thing to keep in mind, there is no access to the sound side of the island from this neighborhood. We often spend most of our time on the sound side, enjoying the peacefulness and paddleboarding.Again, a great stay with many excellent memories!

A few minor issues came up and Al handled them right away (battery out on touch-less sink faucet, needed new propane tank). We drove to the beach but it was literally a two minute drive-we didn’t rent a golf cart but a lot of people did to get there and they were available several places. The only bummer (and why I gave 4 stars for amenities)was the hot tub was not working at the community pool (it was chilly so that would have been nice). Would definitely stay here again!
