Amazing Views

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for me and my daughter. There was nothing this condo didn't have. If we had questions they were answered very timely. Check in and out were a breeze. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. It was a very quiet area on the beach which I appreciated. The only thing I wish is that we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Spring Break 2025

This was a last minute get away for my husband and I. Was wonderful when my son and grandson could join us. Never stayed in Gulf Shores but it was beautiful. And Danielle, the host, was so timely answering any questions I had. The condo was well appointed and convenient to grocery stores. We cook, so that was a huge plus. It was unseasonably cold but that didn’t deter us from going to the beautiful beach everyday. Will definitely recommend this unit. Was amazing!

Affordable place right in the beach

Cute little condo with lovely balcony views. Older property directly on the beach - location is lovely. Walking distance to the Hangout and other restaurants. Very casual, drove a bit to malls and higher end restaurants. The property has some issues due to age and very very skeleton staff. I was there for the balcony, the beach, and the sauna (which does work). The hot tub and pool are not working and not well maintained. The gym is small but nice. Everything is kept very clean, but you never see anyone working. 2 maintenance men spoke to me about the breaker in the hot tub/pool area - they were very polite and wanted to be helpful. I highly recommend this place for a quick beach trip or if you’re a beach lover due to the location! Bonus: primary bed faces the east balcony and the sunrise is visible from the bed. Nice touch!

Great location- beautiful view

Property is just as described. The deck has a great view and comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of our time there listening to and watching the waves. Bed was comfortable. Great communication with the owner.

Great Place

Just returned home and have nothing but good things to say. The room was wonderful, just as listed. Clean beyond any expectations. Amazing view!! Loved it! Property owner was great and responsive to any questions. This was a great place! Also stocked with all of the things you would need to get started as well as games to play and books to read. I definitely recommend!

Nice Condo

The condo was nice and great location on the beach. The unit is very clean and the Crystal Shores is well maintained. The location within Gulf Shores is great and easy to get to restaurants, shops, etc. Danielle was helpful through the process and nice to work with. We would stay in the unit again on a future visit.

We will be back!

My girls and I had a great time! The condo was as amazing as its listing. We had everything we needed and more! We cooked a good bit during our stay; there were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc, even measuring cups, a crockpot, and blender. Roku TVs in all of the rooms, family games (playing cards, etc.), full-sized washer/dryer, and free (reliable) wifi, were just a few of our favorites about this unit. Beds are comfy too! The beach views were amazing! One elevator ride and a few steps, and you are on the beach! Chair/umbrella rental is right there too, although there are beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo for use. Even toys for the kiddos! The owner was very communicative and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. An A+ owner for sure! In full disclosure, this is an older property; this evident in the indoor pool area but this did not deter us from using it (more than once)! The elevator is a little "scary" but it moves quickly, and we never had to wait long. We travel to Gulf Shores once a year, and we will definitely stay here again!

Property was just as described, and was extremely clean. The condo is in a great location, close to everything you could want or need. The host was great, easy to contact and quick to respond. Very happy we stayed here.

Great visit.

Rental unit and facility were excellent! Would definitely consider renting this unit again. Instructions for obtaining another parking pass were not accurate so we weren't able to get one for second vehicle. Bathtub drain was clogged upon arrival, and we finally got it unclogged ourselves. There was no one onsite to contact and instructions didn't cover this. Overall, good visit though.

Amazing beach getaway

We stayed at this property for 5 days, and had the best time. The host was so accommodating and really made our trip so much better. We will always want to stay here when we come to Gulf Shores! It’s a great location right on the beach, super clean, and the balcony area is perfect morning coffee or decompressing after a long day.

We're snowbirds from Wisconsin. This was our 3rd stay at Crystal Shores since 2019, different condos. We stay for the month of February. This year we stayed at #802. Crystal Shores is in a great location. The condo looked just like the pictures show. A few things: I do think that the couch could be updated. It had a smell to it that was like maybe it needed to be cleaned or something. The showers were fine but the water was rock hard! They have a new kind of thermostat that I have never heard of or seen before. It was pre-set and you cannot manually change yourself. You will have to go through the host to get it changed. It's just weird because you never know how the weather is going to be especially in the winter months. It was set to a constant 73 and and it's hard to sleep at 73 degrees so I contacted Danielle and she set it at 68 which is still too warm for me. I just opened the sliding glass door and that helped. Danielle, the host, was very helpful with all of our questions. I'm sure I was her biggest thorn in her side! They have Dish TV and we knew nothing about how to operate that (3 remotes). My husband ended figuring it out but Danielle also sent us directions. The kitchen is very nice. I wouldn't mind having that refrigerator...Nice! It was well equipped. The location is great . Walking distance to tons of things. The beach is the best. Walked it every day we could. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

We’ve enjoyed the beautiful area of Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan many times over the years. This was a lovely getaway for just the 2 of us. The location was perfect for a short walk or drive to dinner. The condo was as we expected and we had a wonderful week.

Great stay. Loved condo. Clean and well furnished. Short walk to beach. Good parking. Balcony was great, very comfortable. Negatives, not all lights worked and could not connect to satellite dish in living room. Smaller TV as well. Overall, a good vacation experience.
