Hi Deb was sorry to see your review and not even sure how to respond. We of course are the owners and cleaners of the unit which we take great pride in providing our guest with the cleanest possible environment by checking each others work and making sure the unit is perfect. That being said we had just finished cleaning the unit around 2pm. You called and asked for an early check in which we were happy to do. The unit at 2pm was a comfortable temperature even for us working in there so I don’t know how it heated up to 90 in one hour? Your husband stated the A/C unit was a heater and apparently could have turned it on when you arrived but had to be told it wasn’t a heater? As far as the bee situation went I only told you of the small vacuum and fly swatter to help yourself out until my sister got there and only saw two bees not the “infestation” you described? As far as the refrigerator situation goes there are two available and both are ample for a few days stay. As a matter of fact even the smaller “dorm size” holds two 12” bowls and the larger one even more. We have been renting this unit for four years now and have all five star reviews and a log book full of compliments and happy visitors. I can only say your comments about the refrigerator are just an example of how you exaggerated about the other issues. By the way we still haven’t had any bees and dont understand why two grown adults couldn’t kill a bee without all the fuss? I have photos but doesn’t look like they can be attached? I will end saying you left the unit clean and in good condition.

We understand the importance of a recharge and were happy to provide the comforting space necessary to do so. You know where to find us if you're ever in the area again. We would love to have you back.
