This was my parents' home. Sadly, both passed during the pandemic. We are lovingly, but slowly, restoring and renovating the home. Please understand it is well-loved, but clean and bright, and not the cold, everything-white-and-gray, but shiny and new, vacation rental. We spend each summer--and many of the winter holidays--in the home. We believe you will agree the “old Florida” charm is part of this home’s appeal.

Important Information:
1) While we love children, the open access to the pool and canal means the house is not recommended for those with young children.
2) While we love pets, one owner is severely allergic to cat and dog dander and saliva, so pets are not allowed.
3) While boats can be tied to seawall, the home does not have a boat lift.

The gorgeous “Villa Coconut Abbondanza” (house of abundant coconuts) is located on the beautiful salt water, San Carlos Canal with motorboat access (one overpass) to both the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico within minutes!

The villa features a new luxury, heated, saltwater pool with extra-large screened lanai area featuring pavers, a unique, craft art/stone wet-bar (“bedrock pub”), a large dining section, and an outside living room overlooking one of the most beautiful canals in Cape Coral. Relax in the quiet early mornings and watch the dolphins and manatees float by, fish off the dock during the day, or simply sit and enjoy an evening cocktail as you gaze at the sunset just over the water’s edge! Most rooms have pool and canal views.

The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, separate vanity space, (it can also serve as a quiet work station) and private access to the screened lanai/pool! With the sliders open, the home’s extra-large living area merges with the pool area, creating an open, dreamy, tropical stay. This is the perfect house for two couples needing a vacation from the cold weather!

Location, location, location! Home is only a 5-minute drive to the sand beach of the Cape Coral Public Yacht Club, which features a beautiful walk over the Caloosahatchee River and the famous Tiki Bar restaurant, each of which allows you to enjoy showstopping sunsets!

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. It is in walking distance to the vibrant shopping, restaurants, and bars of the famous Cape Coral downtown 47th street area. Even closer are a grocery store, gas station, and ice cream parlor!
