Diese elegante Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Innenstadt Watercolor ist, und nur einen Block zum privaten Strand und Zugang zum Pool. All-Shopping ist nur einige Meter von der Haustür und mit Weinwelt unterhalb befindet, können Sie eine schöne Mahlzeit ohne Reisen zu haben. Treten Sie ein in dieser schönen Wohnung, um einen angenehmen Ort für den Urlaub eines Paares zu finden. Genießen Sie schüren eine leckere Mahlzeit in diesem fabelhaften Küche mit allen neuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl und einem kostbaren Essecke versorgt unseren Morgenkaffee genießen.

Gleich neben der Küche, werden Sie einen schönen Speisesaal Tisch mit sechs Stühlen finden. Machen Sie einen Spaziergang durch die makellose Holzböden in den gemütlichen Wohnraum mit einem luxuriösen Schnitt Sofa zum Entspannen, während Sie Ihren Lieblingsfilm. Wollen einige Zeit im Freien zu verbringen? Nehmen Sie einfach ein paar Schritte hinaus auf die herrliche Balkon mit zwei Liegestühlen und einem gepolsterten Schaukel und beobachten die Aktivität unten entlang der Straßen von Aquarell.

Condo 1735-203 verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett, die eine vollständige frische weiße Badezimmer bietet. Das King-Suite hat auch Zugang zum schönen Balkon, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Quer durch die Halle, werden Sie in der Liebe mit dem bequemen Queen Bett fallen, mit eigenem Badezimmer.

Für Ihre Unterhaltung braucht, haben beide Schlafzimmer ihr eigenes TV.

Einheit 203 ist die einzige Wohnung in dem Gebäude auf zwei übergroßen Terrassen, um die schöne Florida Sonnenuntergänge und alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten, die Watercolor zu bieten hat zu bieten.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the location. It was right in the heart of Watercolor with just a quick walk across 30A to the Watercolor Beach Club and beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had two good size porches for relaxation and people watching.

Long weekend

We rented this place for a long weekend before the kids started back to college. The rental was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Just a really short walk to the pool or beach with a little longer walk down to Seaside. We had a great stay.

Amazing location and beautiful property

We had a wonderful vacation at this lovely property! The location is unbeatable with convenient access to the beach club, pool, dining options, and shops. The condo was clean, easily accessible, and featured two great porches for meals and relaxation. Welcome box was a special touch and had delicious goodies, coffee and kitchen items - so sweet! Communication with Sanders (management) was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, well appointed and comfortable.

Convenient to beach and other Water Color amenities. We would not stay at this property in the future as we prefer a quieter location and would give up the convenience. Love 30A, but don't like to live right above it and the restaurant below even during the winter months. If it was located another block back from 30A we would go back without question. The only inconvenience was lack of an ice maker, but Tom Thumb took care of that.

Great location, good "home base" while in 30A

We stayed here for a week with a toddler. The unit was clean and well-appointed. The best part of the unit is location. You are steps away from the beach and an extremely easy walk to all the shops and restaurants of Seaside. The two very large porches were also a plus. These things make it a great "home base" while staying in Watercolor, assuming you are going to spend most of your time out and about. Unlike other reviewers, we did notice the noise coming from Wine Bar just below the unit. On their busier nights (Friday/Saturday) when the music was turned up, you could hear the bass coming from below. It usually subsided around 10pm, and wasn't as noticeable on weekdays. I don't think this would deter me from staying here again, but I would like to be aware going into the stay. Finally, Sanders Beach Rentals was fabulous to work with. They were immediately responsive whenever we needed anything, even on weekends and at night. Their staff is very friendly, too. I will definitely rent from them next time I'm visiting 30A. A++ for service.

Pros and Cons

Pros: pretty much as expected; property manager was very quick to resolve an issue early after checking in; living space on decks; easy to use entry pad. Cons: Music noise from the wine restaurant below (every night) sometimes going beyond 10:00 pm and sometimes noise from 30A out front; no instructions for using any of the TVs; no coffee filters; kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as it should be for that price range (only a mini cocktail shaker, rubber handles coming off hand- held juicer, no scissors, etc.); no Kleenex box. Better communication in advance would be helpful (e.g., to identify the bikes allocated to the unit without having to contact management, to know what kind of coffee maker is there, and what other supplies might be needed). Overall it’s a nice unit and conveniently located to the beach, pools, and Watercolor Inn, but again, noise from below and from street can be an issue.

So pretty!

This is a very beautifully decorated condo! So lovely! We came in June... a busy time at Watercolor. The cars and traffic on 30A below were noisy at times, but we did not mind it. We wanted to be close to the beach and pool. So traffic noise comes with that convenience.

Perfect Stay

The place is the perfect location overlooking Hwy 30A and across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club. We rode the provided bikes everywhere. It's a corner condo with balconies on two sides. We used them both. Relaxing. One small thing that showed us how much care they put into prepping for guests is that the kitchen drawers were exceptionally organized. The utensils were all lying straight. The measuring cups and spoons were stacked perfectly. The rest of the place was likewise spotless. We plan to rent it again for our next anniversary. Great Condo!

We had a great stay here at Watercolor! The unit is on the 2nd Floor overlooking 30A and above the Wine Bar...great decks to hang out on evenings and relax! Easy walk across the street to the beach access and pool. Very close to Seaside, 5 minute bike ride to the food trucks etc... Sanders Beach Rentals were easy to work with, no trouble with check in or the unit in general, thanks for a great stay!
