Only 3 beachfront condominiums on the Island have first floor condos, and we are thrilled that we can give you the access to one of them. Situated on the first floor, at the end of The Tradewinds, you’ll enjoy the privacy and the convenience of the location our condo offers. You will also appreciate the hassle free of not having to use the elevator every time you leave. With a Cali King bed in the master bedroom, and a Full over Queen Bunkbeds in the second bedroom, our beachfront, gulf view, 2 bedroom & 2 bath comfortably sleeps 6. We do not allow smoking or pets.
