You'll fall in love with this newly remodeled spacious 3,500+ sq ft 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home. The house sleeps 16 guests in high end beds, including 1 king, 5 queens, and 4 twins. Pack n play and full size crib available upon request. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom located on the main level, with an additional 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located upstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the large entertaining living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Large windows with shutters allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. 

But the best is yet to come – climb up to the upper floor and lose track of time in the loft room or relax in comfortable bedrooms. Feel free to step outside into the large, private backyard ideal for children to run around and play while you prepare delicious BBQ for the entire family.  Then its time to slip into our large heated swimming pool to enjoy the Arizona weather.

The house is stocked with great entertainment options for your family - air hockey, foosball, and board games as well as great outdoor options including a private backyard with grassy play area, fire pit, bbq grill, heated jacuzzi and private swimming pool and patio furniture. Besides the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, there are two additional full bathrooms in the house, one per floor. All three are stocked with premium towels and essential toiletries, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.

Other amenities included in your stay are streaming services, full size washer and dryer, super high speed internet access (Wi-Fi) as well as a dedicated work station with desk and chair, baby equipment and gates, pool and hot tub (heating may cost additional), multiple community parks. New central air conditioning units keep the house nice and cool.

Located close to the San Tan Village in Gilbert. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment like Top Golf, Main Event, Harkins movie theater and a splash pad. Easy access to multiple freeways and close to airports. Located 10 mins from the New Arizona Athletic Grounds formerly Bell Bank Park powered by Legacy Sports USA.

The house is clean and well maintained. UV light air filters run in the home to provide constant cleaning and sanitizing of the air. In order to keep this house at it's best please follow these simple house rules. If you are willing to follow these rules, I would be so happy to host you! If you feel these rules are too restrictive for your group, this is not a good fit for you.

>The house is completely smoke-free. Smoking/vaping is NOT tolerated anywhere on the property (inside or out) and is strictly enforced.
>Please no visitors without prior approval - only approved disclosed guests allowed
> No group gatherings or events without prior approval
> No more than 4 vehicles can be parked on the property. No oversized vehicles/RVs/busses
> No pets or animals without approval.
> AC units cannot be set below 70 degrees (this is Arizona, it can damage the units trying to cool the house below this)
> Local Phoenix Metro area guests are required to message host for approval before booking.
> The person booking property must be staying at the property.
> This house is not suitable for industrial work crews.
> Rental agreement is required to be signed at time of booking.
