- The pool can be heated during the winter months for additional daily fee and required the entire stay.
When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. Pool temperatures are set for the 87 degrees, but as the temperatures drop, so do the pool temperatures. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay ,it cannot be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

EVENTS:
• All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent
together, and may not be rented or offered for rent independently.
• All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a
maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
No parties or events are permitted at the property. Video or photography of any kind is strictly prohibited.

These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
