There are two primary bedrooms on separate floors with their own private bathrooms -- perfect for multiple families. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, Keurig and drip coffee options, a blender, and all the kitchen essentials you need to whip up a gourmet meal or your favorite drink. The home has high-speed WiFi - great for streaming or working from home.

We allow up to two well-behaved dogs during your stay. If you choose to bring a dog (or two), please let us know at time of reservation. There is a $100 fee for guests who bring dogs.

The community has amazing amenities that available for an additional fee. These amenities include a large clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pools, grills, kayak launch, game room, fitness center, and hot tub. The outdoor pool is generally open between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. The fee schedule is as follows:
Summer Season (May 15th to Sept 30th)
Summer rentals per weekly lease
4 days or less: $150
Per week: $300
Off Season (October 1st to May 14th)
4 days or less: $75
Per week: $150
A $50 fee will charged to the guest if the amenities keyfob is lost/not returned.
