Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, share vacation meals together, or step outside to a private patio for BBQ cookouts and alfresco dining. Seating area in the living room has a table for 4 guests, perfect for games, puzzles or gathering!
To the right of the entry way is the heart of the home, a fully renovated kitchen complete with quartz counters, stainless appliances, coffee station and a pantry. A sunny breakfast nook with a window seat comfortably seats 6 guests as well as seating at the bar counter. A stacked washer/dryer is also included for guest convenience.
This stylish and spacious Spinnaker Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 inviting bedrooms all with private Smart TVs and cable. On the main level is the first guest bedroom featuring two double beds and an adjoining bathroom with a bath/shower combo. On the upper level are two additional rooms and an upstairs balcony off the primary suite. The primary suite features a king size bed, private balcony, and a brand NEW ensuite bathroom featuring high ceilings, a walk in shower, double vanity and wavy tile. The third bedroom, also located upstairs, features a Queen bed with access to the primary's bathroom.

Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
