Hi and Welcome to Modern Overlook! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, brand new modern house is located in Wears Valley, and sleeps up to 12 people. It is easily accessible, in a private environment and has stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains, whether inside or outside.

Great news! The pool at Honeysuckle Meadows is opening a whole month earlier than usual this year, April 26th! Book a stay and make sure you get to enjoy a pool with the view of the Smokies all around.

The space

You enter the house through the lower level, with three bedrooms (2 king bed bedrooms - one with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk bedroom)
Once you reach the first floor, you walk into a large open floor plan with high ceilings, "wall" of windows and one of the best views in all of Wears Valley. On the right you have the living room with a wood burning fireplace and large TV. In the left of the room, is the kitchen (fully equipped and all new appliances) with a nice bar and a large dining area (two tables) with views of the mountains. Between the living area and the dining area, the pool table is waiting for you :). Located on that level as well, a half bath.

On the upper level, there is a fourth bedroom (king bed) with endless views, a bathroom and a loft area with sofa and chairs and a foosball table.

House has two decks, one on the lower level with a large extension of the side with gas firepit and ample seating. Second deck, on the first floor has three picnic tables to enjoy the views.

Like, all of our properties, we are pet friendly, but this one might not be the best for pets considering the stairs.
