Diese 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder GROUND FLOOR Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage in Orlando Florida (32822), nur wenige Minuten von allen touristischen Zielen, die Orlando zu bieten hat. Die KÜCHE wurde gerade (2019) komplett überarbeitet. Neue Schränke, neue Granit-Theken, neue Geräte.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist offen und einladend. Es gibt eine geschlossene abgeschirmte Terrasse direkt neben dem Wohnbereich, die einen tollen Blick auf den Golfplatz und den Kanal hat. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN und Kabel-TV.

Mit dem Umbau der Küche wurde in den letzten 4 Jahren jedes Zimmer neu gestaltet. Unsere Wohnung ist sauber, sonnig und offen und komfortabel. Da wir es in den Wintermonaten selbst verwenden, ist hier alles vorhanden, was Sie brauchen. Es ist Eigentümer eingerichtet anstatt vermietet eingerichtet.

Die Lage dieser Immobilie ist ihr wichtigstes Kapital. Wir sind günstig gelegen, nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Orlando und alle Disney Attraktionen und Universal Studios sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ziele von Orlando sind bequem in der Nähe, aber diese Gegend hält Sie abseits vom Verkehr. Der Ventura Country Club verfügt über zwei Eingangstore, die rund um die Uhr vom Sicherheitsteam besetzt sind.

Willowpointe Circle ist eine eigene kleine Gemeinde im geschlossenen Ventura Country Club Resort. Der beheizte Pool im Hotel-Stil, der ausschließlich für Gäste von Willowpointe bestimmt ist, ist weniger als eine Gehminute von der Haustür entfernt. Sie können auch 5 Minuten zum Ventura Country Club laufen, um in ihrem olympischen Schwimmbecken zu schwimmen, Golf zu Mitgliedspreisen zu spielen, im Fitnesscenter zu trainieren, Tennis zu spielen, im Restaurant zu essen, die Bibliothek zu besuchen und vieles mehr.

Wonderful Place!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. Spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Close to the airport but the jet noise wasn't bad. Loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the golfers, birds, and lizards.

Perfect Getaway

Great Condo

Stayed here for 16 nights condo was lovely really clean and had everything you needed. Pool only 50 yards away almost always no others in there really peaceful. I can’t fault anything it was great thank you Barbara.

Perfect stay

We had a perfect week mixed with a vacation and a dance competition. The location of the condo allowed us to drive a few times to the beach while being perfectly located for a dance competition in Orlando. The condo is clean, fully equipped and provided plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We called it home after just a few days 🙂

Great location to do all things Orlando! Served as a great place for us to rest and recharge!

Location was great. We didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities because we were so busy. The golf course and pool were great escapes on our down days. Barbara was great and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Barbara and her property. We will be back.

awesome ground floor condo

The first thing I said was entering the condo was "Wow oh wow"! It was exactly as described in the listing. So impressed with the facility, check-in, and security. We were in town visiting our daughter and family, so we did not use the pools and all the other options, but they looked great. The location is excellent.

Convenient and Cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Orlando due to this great VRBO. It was convenient to all the places we visited. We went to our Grandson’s graduation at UCF, Disney World, and several restaurants in the area. It was also convenient to our daughter and her family’s home. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the pool a couple of days which was located just a few feet from this condo. My husband and I enjoyed our morning tea out on the screened in back porch, watching the birds on the golf course. We were very comfortable there and found the property clean and cozy. Would like to return the next time we are in the area.

Well-maintained, neat and clean

Nice family home in Ventura community. This ground level condo has a smaller patio with a ceiling fan and a full screen facing trees and a gulf course. It had everything we needed on arrival including towels and toiletries. Kitchen, washer and dryer were all new and clean. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Communication with Barbara was very fruitful. We had a great stay. Thanks.

Relaxing and great location

Unit was the perfect size and fully equipped with everything my family and I needed for our extended stay in Orlando. Back patio is beautiful and overlooks B the second hole on the golf course with the community pool directly in front/ across from the unit. We had an issue with a water leak in the master bathroom and Barbara quickly worked with Judy on a resolution. Fantastic communication with Barbara especially when the internet went out in the area. I work remotely so being kept informed of when it would be restored was he.

Nice condo with anything you need

The hist,Barbara, is very nice and helpful. You will find anything you need in the apartment, from a well equipped kitchen to laundry machine and dryer. I spent three weeks here when I was in Orlando for work. I would absolutely come back or recommend this place. 10 min to Downtown,15 min to the airport, about 20-30 min to international drive, Disney and Universal. The condo is located in a well kept and quite gulf club.

Perfect Location and Hidden Gem

This was a nice condo in a beautifully secluded, yet easily accessible location. Nestled in the back of the property, the Florida room had a beautiful and quiet view of the golf course and a stream with wooded area beyond. It is around 30 minutes from the Disney and Universal Theme Parks, less than 15 minutes from the Airport, has a pool within walking distance, and nearby grocery, shopping, and many restaurants (both chain and local) nearby. Loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, so our family could get ready faster in the mornings, and the laundry room allowed us to pack lighter, so we could leave more room for souvenirs to bring home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the ice maker in the freezer. Would love to stay here again, and hopefully have more time to relax and enjoy it (vs. all of the running to theme parks that we did).

We purchased our condo in 2011. But for many years previous to that, we had visited there. Our dear Aunt Willy had owned it. Upon her death, we were able to purchase it.
So we have many, many good memories there already.
After purchasing, we started the updating process.
It was newly painted and new ceramic tile throughout, but we added new appliances, updated the decor, and completely redid the 2nd bedroom .. Each time we visit, we still think of Aunt Willy and the good times there. Our wish is that you will also create some pleasant memories as you enjoy your time at our condo.
