Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here!! It was a perfect layout for our family! It was very clean and comfortable. It was a good location and we loved that it was so close to the grocery store. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The check in went smooth and the host was communicative and helpful. My only suggestion would be to make some fans available for the bedrooms upstairs - they don’t cool off as well as the rest of the house due to the windows.

Amazing house!!

This house was beautiful and big and made our bear lake trip so comfortable! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, everything you could think of needing to make your vacation easy and fun! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back!

Home away from home

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The property was beautiful inside and the location was perfect. Our host was very responsive and answered all my questions. She was able to accommodate our early check in request and provided me with helpful suggestions for our stay at Bear Lske.

Beautiful townhouse

This stay was great! The home was very well kept. My family enjoyed the big room upstairs, as well as the view of the Lake from their bedroom windows. The house was clean, and close to everything. Our host was very kind in allowing us to add an additional day to our stay.

Great VRBO experience!

Beautiful new townhome in a great location. Easy access to everything. We were in town for a wedding and this place fit our needs perfectly. Kandice quickly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this property!

An exceptional stay

This was an amazing condo in a great location. You could see the lake from the upper bedrooms. It’s located next to amenities like the grocery store, gas station and coffee shop. The house is new, beautifully decorated, and had great attention to detail. The beds and pillows were actually comfortable (a rare find in an rental house) and the host was kind and communicative. All around a great stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful, clean Cozy Condo

This is such a cute condo! And it was super clean! The beds were so comfy and the upstairs family room has a huge couch, TV and a fireplace! My kids were in heaven! We loved that we could park in the garage. The property manager was super nice and prompt with replying to messages! My kids loved the ping pong table as well!!! So great!!!

Pulling in to an unfinished garage with a strange odour was off putting. The decor was nice and the location was great but the housekeeping was substandard. What appeared to be footprints on the duvet cover in the master bedroom and then a closed vent covered in what appeared to look like Mold in the kitchen were definitely off putting. These two nights were very expensive and the expectation of cleanliness was not met. The response to the dirty bedding and the appearance of the kitchen vent was not acceptable nor professional. This townhouse was advertised as *new*.

I’m sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations, and I’d like to address the concerns you shared. You are correct that the garage is unfinished. Many garages in this newer complex are the same, and several units don’t allow garage access at all, so most guests consider it a bonus. I haven’t had reports of an odor in the garage and haven’t noticed one myself. Regarding the duvet, the photo shared didn’t appear to show footprints, and when I reached out during your stay to ask how I could resolve the concern, I didn’t receive a reply. The following day you mentioned mold and chose to leave early due to a headache and cough. I reviewed the vent in question, which is located by the back door/kitchen area. It had some surface dust along the edges, but it was absolutely not mold. The vent has since been cleaned. That vent is closed during the summer months to help direct airflow upstairs. As for the cost, the higher rate was due to Raspberry Days, which is the busiest weekend of the year in Bear Lake. When you asked to move your reservation outside of my two-week cancellation window, I offered to reopen your dates and refund you in full if the nights were rebooked. You chose to keep your plans and continue your stay. I always aim to provide a clean, comfortable space and professional communication, which is reflected in many of my reviews. I’m truly sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your perspective.
