WELCOME TO OUR CABIN BY THE LAKE!!
This 3-bedroom cabin with an amazing view of Bear Lake is in the heart of Garden City, Utah. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and one has an additional twin bunk above. In addition, there are 4 pullout couches and a futon providing enough sleeping space for 17 people. There is a bathroom on each level with a large, relaxing air tub in one. The basement features a theater room and arcade games for endless fun for your group. Located just above the main harbor, it is close it beaches and boating in the summer and skiing and sledding in the winter. It is close to everything in town and all of it's attractions.

Fantastic getaway

Our extended family of 12 had a great week at the cabin. Lots to do in the area and the cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The view from the deck was beautiful with gorgeous sunrises. The kids loved the swings and slide. The large screen TV in the basement worked great and there were lots of movies for the kids.

Beautiful get away during Christmas

We stayed a few days during the Christmas holiday. Beautiful cabin, very relaxing. It was nice to have the theater room and kids room in the basement so the adults could relax upstairs without the noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

First time in Garden City and we absolutely loved the stay. Four adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room! The game room was a hit with the kids, as was the slide. Many activities to do in the area and we kept busy all week. Would definitely recommend this property! Super clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, great fun!

This home was exactly as listed, with the added bonus of having a hot tub that wasn’t listed. The view is beautiful, the accommodations were homey, and there was enough room for everyone. The mattresses could have been nicer, but that is my only criticism. We look forward to coming here again!

This cabin was very cozy but still fit the 16 of us wonderfully. The kids loved the theater room and swings. A cornhole game was provided and that was a lot of fun too. We did not utilize the hot tub but I think that is a neat amenity to offer.

Convenient place to stay

This is a great location and the views were breath taking! The “9 min walk” to beach is not practical with kids and all the beach gear you need for the day so be prepared to drive (which is still close so a non issue 😊) All appliances worked, air conditioning and had everything we needed to cook the meals. More than enough towels. Washer/dryer. The hot tub was not working and there were materialistic things that were broken or had issues or had holes in them but that did not affect the stay at all. Will stay here again. There are TVs in the rooms and All take normal DVD (no blue ray) including the movie room and there are streaming services like Netflix etc.

Great Stay! One exception

Great Location, Great View, Great House, Everything was great except one thing. The AC is set to constantly turn itself to 78 degrees in the middle of the day. Going out on the lake and coming back to a 80 degree main floor and a 85+ degree upper bedroom and loft was not great. It was about midnight when the loft and upper bedroom became somewhat tolerable.

Excellent View, Location, and amenities

Stayed with a family of 7 and really enjoyed this cabin. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the swings, slide, game/movie room. They had lots of dvds available to watch with the projector. There was a rice cooker; crock pot, pots, pans, most anything we needed in the kitchen, just bring cooking spray. There was a high chair, pack n play, extra fans/ heaters in the rooms. We enjoyed the puzzles, games and books they had around. Eating dinner out on the table on the deck overlooking the marina was fabulous! Plenty of towels, water pressure was great. Drains working well in all sinks and tubs. Very clean. The AC got the basement especially cool as well as the main floor, but the upstairs bedroom and futon area didn’t seem to cool off even with the AC going. We used the fans they provided and opened some windows at night to cool it off. We would definitely recommend this cabin, just put those who like to sleep cool in the basement and main floor rooms.
