When you rent the separate bunk room, you can have up to 14 guests.



The Space:

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS HOUSE SLEEPS 10 GUESTS WITHOUT THE EXTRA BUNK ROOM (1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds & 1 Twin Trundle with two twins) AND 14 GUESTS WITH THE BUNK ROOM (10 single bunk beds in a separate bedroom) IF YOU WANT THE BUNK ROOM, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $199 PER NIGHT AND A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE FOR THIS EXTRA SPACE OF $150 per night. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT THIS ADDITIONAL SPACE AND WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADD THIS CHARGE TO YOUR INVOICE.



Make yourselves at home! Dreams and Memories is your southern Utah retreat for family reunions, friend gatherings, and everything in between. We're pet friendly, so you're furry friends can join you, too. Please note there is a $100 pet deposit and pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time.



Relax and enjoy the sunset from the wrap-around porch, or enjoy a night under the stars while you soak in the hot tub, taking in the desert views. The home is a kid-favorite with an outdoor play area, foosball and lots of board games. At Dreams and Memories, adventures can be found right outside your front door.



Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, large windows, Smart TV, two large leather sofas, two chairs, bench, wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, access to patio and hot tub, dining table with seating for up to six.



Gourmet Kitchen: Granite countertops, fully stocked, kitchen island with seating for three, workstation, large dining table, full capacity washer & dryer located off of kitchen. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, crock pot, baking dish, cookie sheet, air fryer, griddle, crock pot, 2 stock pots, mixing bowls, hand mixers, pots and pans.

*There are 2 Igloo coolers that you are welcome to take on your outdoor adventures!



Master Suite: located on main level, king bed, private entrance to patio/hot tub, private covered patio with seating for two, large chair, dressers, nightstand, ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity, tub/shower combination, walk-in closet.



Guest Bathroom: half bath, vanity, sink, toilet.



Downstairs Living Area: Large leather sofa, trundle bed with 2 twins, Smart TV, pack & play.



Bunk Room (separate rental): 10 twin bunk beds, located on lower level, lights for each bed, dresser, bench, access to side patio with firepit/seating/play area.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed, located on lower level, closet, ceiling fan, nightstand, bookshelf.



Bedroom 4: Queen bed, located on lower level, closet, ceiling fan, dresser, chair, nightstand, bookshelf.



Guest Bathroom: located on lower level, large sink with two faucets, tub/shower combination.



Outside: Wraparound covered porch, outdoor seating, hot tub, play area with swings, climbing wall & two slides, BBQ grill, firepit with seating, amazing desert views.



The Neighborhood:

Dreams and Memories is located in a peaceful neighborhood in the eastern part of Kanab and has beautiful red rock views right outside the door!



We don't allow any parties and we ask that guests please be courteous of the neighbors. Thank you for understanding. Also, just a friendly reminder that the **city noise ordinance is 10:00pm to 7:00am MST** and the **county ordinance won't allow more than 14 guests in the home.**



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



Again, this property is a pet friendly property and does require a $100 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.
