Spectacular Home with Private Pool and Spa and Million Dollar Views

Juniper Hills luxury home in Kanab is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with a large, private pool that can accommodate up to 15 people. It has a beautiful swimming pool, large kitchen and living room, and an outdoor patio and barbecue. The home has 5 King beds, 3 Sofa Sleepers, and 3 Rollaway Beds. The scenery is spectacular and it is located just outside of Kanab, Utah within an hour of Zions National Park, Bryce's National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Capital Reef, and many others. This is a place where your family can enjoy the outdoors all while having all the luxuries of a beautiful house and pool. The hot tub is heated year-round. The pool is heated from April 15 to October 15. A pool heating fee can be paid to heat the pool in the winter of $199/day with a 3 day minimum. The home has nice sitting areas and a TV area, a very spacious open kitchen and dining area. We are also located in proximity to our brand new Grand Plateau RV Resort so if you want to add those who want to stay in their own rigs it is within walking distance. This is another fine addition to all our other lodges, focusing on some of the most scenic and beautiful areas of the great state of Utah with a little bit of Wyoming mixed in.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 60 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 60 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.

Beautiful property with beautiful views! Pool was so family friendly and hot tub was popular with all the family. Spacious rooms, basically has three master suites really and centrally located for the many sights to see in this area. Beautiful. Owners were incredibly friendly!

Amazing Trip with Friends

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The views from the back patio and pool are incredible! The house in central to Zion, Bryce, and so much more! Management was so responsive and really enhanced our stay. Will recommend to friends traveling through the area!

Best view in the world!

We have stayed in this VRBO twice, the view is worth every penny and more! Even in the hot summer the pool is refreshing and there is always a breeze. Excellent location to get to Zion and Bryce and we really enjoy the town.

A Little Slice of Heaven!

This property was amazing! It was the perfect home for our family to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday! Gorgeous views, wonderful back patio, plenty of space for all of us to enjoy a long weekend away! Michele & Red took care of anything we needed and we’re just a call away! This is definitely a home that we would rent again! 10/10!

We loved both the house and the area! The kids loved being able to swim in the pool after our hikes. The house was the perfect size for 11 of us. They were very responsive when we had issues - super great to work with! We had a great stay!

The property was secluded and lovely and the pool and view phenomenal! It was our own private oasis and allowed us a home base to see National Parks but also have some down time in between days as a break/in the evenings. Would definitely recommend.

Property is perfectly located for all things Kanab, super close to Buckskin Gulch, Antelope Canyon just around the corner in Page, quick jaunt to Bryce, a bit further to Escalante. Cannot beat the view from the pool. House is interesting layout with giant common spaces and master suite. Technically only three bedrooms with beds then three rollout beds. All others are couching it, which is accurately described in listing. Pool came with volleyball net, which was fun. Outdoor space you did not want to leave but beautiful indoor spaces as well. Master bedroom and bath were incredible. We piled the rollout beds in there to fill up the seriously massive room. Was exactly what we were looking for. 👌🏜🏞

Luxury stay in Kenab

The property was situated just 5 minutes from downtown Kenab but was in a beautiful and pristine spot. The home looks like it does in the photos. Well furnished large rooms for enjoyment and entertainment. We were 2 couples and it was very spacious. The master bedroom suite was incredibly large with beautiful views of the red cliffs as well as a large bath shower aand sitting room. The other 2 bedrooms ( all comfortable but not as large as the master) are at the other side of the house connected by one large bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed and the best of the house is the beautiful swiiming pool and hot tub. We used the outdoor grill for dinner one night, the laundry room and appreciated the 1/2 bath in the entrance hall. There are many hide-away beds and the house can technically hold many more than 4 people. We enjoyed having all of it for ourselves. I would highly recommend this house as I haven't seen anything nicer in Kenab.

Awesome location with great amenities

This is an awesome place with excellent privacy and great amenities. The views from the house, the deck and the hot tub were awesome. The house is as-advertised and as shown in the pictures, which is probably all you need to know to see what a wonderful property it is. Kitchen was stocked with extras (oil, spices, etc.) which made cooking easy. Master bedroom is huge with an awesome bathroom and closets. Lots of various spaces for folks to gather and chat. Communication with both the renter and the on-site manager was awesome. The only minor nit is that the bedding and towels were very fragrant (lots of fabric softener or something)....someone who is sensitive to this might have issues. Overall, definitely a 5-star+ property....will stay there again if I find myself going to the area.

Best Spot

We stumbled upon this property when looking for our rental in Southern Utah. We could not have been more pleased. The house was perfect for our family of 5 (and had a lot of room to spare!) Kanab was the perfect location to visit Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend, and the town itself was cute and had a lot to offer! We visited peekaboo slot canyon and the great chambers while in Kanab. In the evenings we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and nice grill area, while the kids enjoyed the pool. It was the perfect way to wind down after long hikes and adventures! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kanab, and this house in particular. We will stay here again!

Amazing home base for National Parks

We had a great experience staying at this house. One of the top 5 vacation and half was due to the house. Plenty of room during the early mornings and evenings. Pool was perfect (June stay) and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after long morning hikes.
