328 Beach Club is a pet-friendly, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom end unit with modern updates and ocean views! Guests enjoy easy access to the beach and included amenities at the Seabrook Island Club, only a short walk from the villa.

The main level has beautiful hardwood floors in the open, spacious living area. Enjoy comfortable seating with a plush sofa and loveseat, perfect for enjoying a view of the water while relaxing in the living room or catching up on your favorite shows on the flat screen TV with Comcast cable channels. The kitchen is spacious, newly updated and well equipped with modern appliances and a center island with seating. This area is ideal for preparing a big family dinner or meals on the go with a dining area to enjoy family meals together and access to the main deck for outdoor BBQ cookouts and alfresco dining in the comfort of home. The separate laundry room with high quality washer/dryer and storage is located near the front entry for your convenience.

328 Beach Club comfortably sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. The spacious master suite is on the upper level with a king size bed and comfy Tempurpedic Cloud mattress, an armoire and TV for in room entertainment and a private bathroom boasting a shower and a jacuzzi tub, ideal for soaking and unwinding. The private, secluded deck off this bedroom is the perfect spot to read a book without interruption or to just enjoy some time in the sun. The two guest bedrooms are on the main level. Bedroom 2 features hardwood flooring, a queen size bed, TV and a full, ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 has both a trundle bed and a daybed and a full private bathroom, comfortable for up to three guests.

Rentals at Beach Club are nestled oceanside at the Seabrook Island Club, only a short walk to the beach with a foot wash at the beginning of the boardwalk and a gorgeous ocean view deck to return home to. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach Club Villas are located oceanside on Seabrook Island with beach access located at Boardwalk 9 near Pelican Watch Villas. This villa has outside storage for your beach gear.

Pet Policy: One dog of 35Lb or less is permitted. Please indicate the breed/size at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of $250.

Parking: There is parking in front of the villa for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
