Experience mountain living at its finest at Eagle View Lodge. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home provides an authentic cabin experience with its rustic interior design and wood paneled ceilings. The A-Frame high vaulted ceiling makes the home feel open and spacious, while the floor to ceiling windows in the main living space provide plenty of natural lighting and incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

Kick back and relax on the plush sectional as you enjoy the warmth from the river rock fireplace, the perfect place to defrost after a long day on the slopes. Watch a movie as you settle down for the night on the mounted flatscreen tv. The open concept design of this home allows everyone to be together while still enjoying separate activities. A pool table can be found just a few steps away from the living room and provides hours of fun for you and your guests. The large, open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A Keurig and standard coffee pot give you plenty of options for enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The kitchen island provides seating for four while the dining room table provides additional seating for six. A second dining room table can be found by the kitchen offering seating for up to six people.

Step outside on the back deck through the sliding glass doors in the living room and enjoy the incredible Big Bear scenery. Step outside on one of the many decks this home offers and enjoy views of the beautiful blue lake and surrounding green pine trees. Take advantage of the propane grill and barbeque some steak in the flawless Big Bear weather. Both lake and mountain views are available from this deck giving you the best views Big Bear has to offer.

When ‘re ready to settle down for the night, head inside where you’ll find four bedrooms perfectly designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom provides a king size bed, flatscreen tv and wood burning stove for you to enjoy. Private access to the deck can also be found in this room. The next bedroom offers a fun fishing theme along with a queen side bed and tv for entertainment. The last two bedrooms both offer queen size beds and private deck access with one also having a wood burning stove. If extra sleeping accommodations are needed, the living room sofa makes out into a queen size bed.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
