With its open floor plan and abundance of natural lighting, this home provides a spacious and welcoming environment. Step inside the main living space where you’ll be greeted by a large sectional couch and flatscreen tv, the perfect spot for everyone to enjoy a movie together. Cozy up on snowy winter evenings around the wood burning brick fireplace, providing warmth to the entire main living space. Grab a good book and a glass of wine and sit in the window nook as you enjoy incredible views of the surrounding pine trees. A round table with seating for four can also be found in the main living space, giving you the perfect spot for family game night. A few steps away, enjoy the convenience of having a full size washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay.

Just around the corner you’ll find a large open kitchen, equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. Stunning granite countertops and center island provide plenty of prep space while cooking. Gathering together for a meal isn't hard with the spacious dining room table that provides seating for ten. Access to the back deck can be found in this room through a set of sliding glass doors.

Step outside for some fresh air and stunning nature views. Grill up some steaks on the propane barbeque when the weather is nice and enjoy it at the picnic table. Allow the kids to explore under the shade of pine trees or build a snowman during the winter without having to leave the home. The yard is fully fenced, providing the privacy and security you desire. At the end of the day, relax and unwind in the large jetted hot tub as you gaze up at the starry night sky.

The first bedroom this home provides can be found on the main level. A king size bed and mounted flatscreen tv are offered in this room as well as an attached master bathroom. This room also gives you private access to the back deck. Head upstairs where the remaining 4 bedrooms can be found. The first bedroom on this level provides a fun twin over twin bunk bed the kids will love! A sofa couch and armrest chair offer additional seating in front of the flatscreen tv. Hours of entertainment can be found at the arcade game table. The 2nd Bedroom offers a queen size bed and work desk. The 3rd bedroom this home provides has a queen size bed, twin daybed and mounted flatscreen tv. And the 4th bedroom has a king size bed.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
