Two floors of beautifully updated getaway enjoyment await! No-steps main level with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, well stocked open kitchen / dining area, and walkout to full width lakeside deck. The lower level offers another 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with a second family room and walk out to another lakeside full width deck.

Perfect for your group or family year-round getaway, we rent Saturday to Saturday beginning with the first full week to the last full week all Summer, June - August; 4 night minimums or more for major holidays, and 2 Night minimums in the off season.

Split Firewood will be already stacked there with advance purchase arrangements (subject to availability and TVA not having posted a ban on burning), or pay once there using the QR code.

Bring your own boats and jet skis, or rent ours. We have a 21' Crownline open bow ski boat (seats 7), 25' new Avalon tritoon (seats 16), 22’ Harris tritoon (seats 11-12) and 4 Yamaha and Sea Doo jet skis (all three-seaters) available for rent in season, along with life jackets available (subject to checking sizes in advance) and lake toys, delivered to the marina slip upon your arrival. Restrictions on minimum days rented w/o a delivery fee do apply.

Operating instructions, safety training manual, and check-in / check-out in person with the dock guy are mandatory - minimum age 26. Ask for more details, we're happy to provide or check out the flyer in one of the photos. First come, first reserved!

We have a separate rental agreement that supersedes air B and B policy to sign upon acceptance, most notably including a no refund cancellation policy and minimum reservation age of 26. It is also required that guests purchase a $59 damage protection plan through CSA; additional information provided upon reservation.

We also have boat and jet ski watercraft available for rent by separate reservation agreements, available in season only and options at several other rentals we manage - first booked, first served - restrictions apply.

Rental Watercraft owned by property manager available - Flat Hollow Marina, other marinas around the lake and Oasis Watersports also have watercraft rental. Recommended: Arrange boat and or additional slip rental, trailer parking and boat launch (separate fees) in advance of your stay / same time as booking the house directly with Flat Hollow Marina.

If reserving our watercraft - boat and/or jet skis delivered right to dock (extra fee applies) or free at the marina a half mile away ( 2-3 consecutive day minimum) - must reserve in advance of your stay. Separate policies and reservation agreement will be sent upon booking
